This condo is great. The kids and parents loved it! There are some toys that people leave by the pool so you don’t need to bring any! They also had a box fan. We enjoyed our stay!

RELAXATION!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don't typically go to Destin this early in the year and I must say, so relaxing - traffic very minimal, in and out places quickly, nothing was sold out, very pleasant. And of course, the unit was perfection! Clean and very well renovated. Had one issue (really non-issue) and management took care of it almost immediately. Will be back!

Very clean apartment with a great view

I have to say that the apartment was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is very rare for me to say outside of my own home. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. Whenever I had a question prior to arriving, the manager got right back to me. They were very patient with me and I appreciated that.

The property was nice. There were some minor things that could be addressed to give this property five stars all around. The rugs currently in the unit need to be replaced. The one in the front room was dirty. The biggest inconvenience was that the hot water didn't really get hot. Other than these two things, the unit was fine. We still enjoyed our stay. I would stay again and I would recommend it with these two caveats.
