House needs alot of attention. Hasn’t been cleaned in months. A lot of roaches as well. It is a perfect location! And we had a great time regardless!

Thank you for staying with us and thank you for the response and feedback. We must kindly disagree that the house has not been cleaned in months as it is cleaned weekly by the same professional cleaners that pay super attention to detail. We have never had a roach problem at this house and we were never notified during your stay about cleanliness or bugs at all. Future renters please see our other five star reviews. We hope in the future you will reach out to Property Management as we just spent money making sure the house is painted and updated and everything inside. I was just there with the previous renters and there was no complaint whatsoever regarding anything you mentioned. Thank you for staying with us and we will look into this matter further.

Stay at Key Lime Pie Beach House

The house was beautiful and right on the beach. It was perfect for our family, close friends and little ones. Lots of space, gorgeous decor and awesome beach views! The outside shower was a real plus, too! Highly recommend and would love to go back.

Overall was the perfect location only downside was that the beach is non existent at high tide currently. The space was. Perfect for our all adult family.

Thank you for the wonderful comments and we are glad you had a 5 star experience! They are doing a beach restoration in November 2024 as soon as turtle season is over. They are installing a rock reef out near c the sand bar and bringing in tons of sand on the beach for our area. A recent v thunderstorm caused some c erosion that affected all of cape San blas, and thankfully they already have it on the books to fill the beach out very soon! We hope to see you again soon!

Great Location and Beautiful Views

My Family and I had a wonderful stay. The views of the beach from the house are spectacular. Also, it was so close to the beach that we could communicate with our family from the porch to the beach. This was a major plus when our baby was taking a nap. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect For Kids

First time to Cape San Blas, and it is the perfect place for kids! No overcrowding on the beach so they can do their thing! Having an awesome house like this right on the beach made it the easiest vacation possible with little ones! Great local shops/restaurants.

Great location . Messy outside, half the tv's didn't work. Not real clean inside either. A few issues with maintenance. Other than that it's super nice.

The house has an awsome view

This is a beautiful piece of property the view from the kitchen. Great room and master bedroom area is outstanding. Sometimes you can almost feel as if you can reach out and touch the golf. The home was very clean and well appointed. We loved our stay.

Great house and location

This house is directly on the beach with a wood walkover. They have everything you need. Ran into a couple of issues but the property manager responded quickly and met our needs and took care of the situation. Nice house. The BEST location. I’ll definitely stay here again
