Mahalo Bobbette for your review and feedback. We understand that it must have been stressful worrying about your groceries for your Christmas dinner. However, this was due to a major blackout island-wide after the large storm on Christmas Eve. The power was off completely or intermittent for several hours that night for everyone on island. After these outages many cable boxes, modems as well as other electronics and appliances were no longer functioning correctly. Please know our team worked hard to repair and/or replace equipment as fast as possible for those that we knew were out. Had we known that your TV's and internet were not working we would have come over to repair it or replace what was needed. In the future, please let us know during your stay via phone, email, text or our APP so we may address it. We hope that despite the storm and resulting power issues that you still had a Merry Christmas and a wonderful family vacation on Kauai. We hope to host you again soon. Aloha and a hui hou.
