Great place for family.

Loved the location to beach and 30A. Lots of room for 8 adults and 9 kiddos 1- 13 yrs.

Great location and beautiful property

This property easily housed a big group of friends. Steps from the beach and short uber to local restaurants and bars. There are a few golf courses nearby as well.

Great location and tons of space!

We had a party of 24 with 10 adults and 14 kids ranging from infant to 10 years old. The house is gorgeous, it’s in a wonderful location with privacy on the beach but also close to everything with a short bike ride or drive. I would highly recommend this place for large parties with adults and kids or for an adult only getaway.

Fun at the Beach

We had a great time in this house. So close to the beach. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the online photos. We enjoyed the pool. The house is very close to SeaSide and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. We were able to InstaCart our groceries on the first day and cook good meals for our extended family.

Nice house and great location. The couches/furniture is stained and needs to be cleaned or updated. Wire railing is rusted and several areas are broken. One sink in the bottom was stopped up and didn't work.

70th birthday celebration

Super from first day. Responsive, house/location exceeded expectations. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds comfortable...slept 18 (8 adults/10 kids) with ease. Had a private chef one night for B'day dinner.--30A Vacation Chef..awesome! WIFI was fast. Hosts provided a manual beach wheelchair for my wife (broken foot) and it was a game changer. Probably wouldn't rent beach umbrellas (too small/flinsy) from their 3rd party folks--go with Coastal and let them set them up

Great for families!

We stayed here with another family between Christmas and New Year’s. We have stayed in this quiet neighborhood before and love it. This house sits directly across from the beach access entry point, making trips back and forth from the beach a breeze and providing unobstructed views from both porches to the water. Hard to beat that! Our kids loved the heated pool. We loved the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and ample outdoor seating. The interior paint is showing heavy wear in some areas and there is some minor damage to wallboard, etc. - nothing unusual for a rental, but something that could use some attention. Overall we had a wonderful visit and would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was perfect in every way. Well provisioned and impeccably furnished. We had four of our adult kids, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, a boyfriend and 3 grandkids ages 7, 5 and 20 months. (9 adults and 3 kiddos) and we never felt like we were stepping over each other. We celebrated a college graduation, Mothers Day and a 7th birthday at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for togetherness with lots of private space! Everyone loved the decks and dolphin and star watching! The location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. Access to the beach is incredible and easy with kids and for when our parents visited for a night! See you next year!

Beautiful place in great location

Our family of 8 adults and one child spent 5 nights here last August and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful, spacious, well decorated, and has ample outdoor space to enjoy gulf views and breezes. We took off one star because a patio umbrella was inside the pool when we arrived (it had been thrown by wind). We reported it and were told it would be replaced immediately but it was not. Someone came and removed the umbrella since it was a safety hazard but did not replace it. The shade would have been nice for the times we used the pool.

Beautiful Location -House needs serious updates/repairs

The location of the home is great. Right across the street from boardwalk to beach made for easy access. House is in need of major repairs/updates and deep cleaning. If the pictures provided for listing would of displayed the actual condition of the home, we would not of booked this house. We left early due to HVAC issues upstairs, pool heater not working, and a bug problem. The managing company was very responsive to try and rectify the issues but the issues were too grand for fixing during stay. If the needed improvements are made to this house, it will be a perfect rental.

Beach view and pool were outstanding. Air conditioning was easily cooling all 3 levels. The interior entertaining and bedrooms were very accomodating to our extended family. Very well furnished kitchen cookware and bedroom furnitures. All kitchens, bathrooms and laundery rooms were were recently updated. Ample towels and wash clothes. Excellent place, and close to the beach access. We struggled with some uninvited guests:There were small ants on all 3 levels, mostly in the kitchen and bathrooms. Spiders and cockroaches on the ground floor. Biting ants on the main floor deck. A few mosquitoes around the pool.All things considered we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely place.

30A Saves The Day!

Trying to plan a bachelorette party in the middle of a pandemic is no small feat and after cancelling our first two trips, we landed on this amazing house nearly on the beach. It had plenty of room for all 13 of us (we never felt like we were on top of each other) and the beach was steps from our front door! We had everything we needed and were just a short trip to the grocery or restaurants. Will definitely remember this house for future vacations! Thanks for having us!

October 2019 Stay

We had a great time at this location. Closer to the beach than many places we have stayed that were “on the beach.” It is a quiet neighborhood with no crowds on the beach and plenty of conveniences nearby in the way of shops and restaurants. The ocean views from the expansive front porches kept us out there nearly every evening. Any small needs we had concerning the property were resolved quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great trip!

Home was much roomier than pictures showed. Great location right across from beach access! We had 3 families of 15 people and were totally comfortable. 3 huge masters upstairs with plenty enough room to add extra air mattresses if needed.

March 2019 Stay

We took 20 of our High School students on a beach retreat and this house was perfect for our stay. Beach access directly across from the house and a heated pool was a huge benefit. Grocery store just a couple miles down the road was very convenient. Will for sure be back!!
