Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island. Completely renovated bathrooms and an updated kitchen make this the perfect condo for both short and long term stays. | With all of the upgrades, the 2nd bedroom offers an en suite making a perfect location great for couples.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beautiful stay

The condo was just as described, and very beautiful for a 5 day stay with the family. The condo was clean and spacious while the building was very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Property!

Perfect place to stay on St. Simon. Access to beach was great and the location was perfect distance to great restaurants and museums. The beach gear credit was a great benefit - perfect place to explore on a bike. Everything was clean and super comfortable.

Relaxing stay

Great stay

The property was fantastic and the location was perfect. The only negative was the shower heads were limed up and the flow wasn't the best. Have your maint people soak them in white vinegar. I would definitely stay there again.

Grandparents and Granddaughter

Short getaway with our 10 year old granddaughter. Each year we take her somewhere she has never been. However, a nice pool is always necessary as she loves to swim! Beach Club fit the bill just fine. Condo was clean and well equipped, reservation and arrival/departure procedures were all handled smoothly and efficiently. ! efficiently

Love this location!

This unit was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. Just be aware that there were no towels, beach chairs, or beach toys stocked like there are in some of the other units, so you’ll want to be sure to bring your own. My family enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing!

We absolutely loved this condo! We went for for our 8th anniversary! Great location, exceedingly clean and modern condo (even the hallways smelled clean and vacuumed every day), nice pool and easy access to the beach. Local restaurants in walking distance. A must is Barrier Island Brewery!

Spot on!

Wonderful experience. Our condo was clean and exactly as described. The condo is beautifully located on East Beach. I am already planning our trip back. Shelling and delicious seafood. My family had a great time. Very pleased with our whole experience.

Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Unit was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and bike rides around the island. We rented the bikes and beach umbrella and they were delivered to the property by the time we arrived. They picked them up the day we checked out. It couldn't have been more convenient as easy. We look forward to returning.

Perfect fit...and just as expected

Was really pleased with this property. The photos that were quite accurate. In fact, if anything it presented a bit better than the pictures. I thought the level of decorating was just perfect... it was beachy but not too cluttered. I also love the amenity of having patio access from both bedrooms and the family room. Really nice fit. I would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful condo!

I am very critical of cleanliness anywhere I stay. When I walked through the door, I could smell the bleach. It definitely helped me relax and know it was cleaned better than most we stay in. The condo was exactly how it was described and I loved the layout. It felt a bit bigger and I loved that the rooms were on opposite sides from each other. Gave a little more privacy. All the furniture was clean and new. No complaints from this family and we will definitely rent again!
