Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes is quickly becoming the Island favorite.

Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, elevators, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Grand #206, offered by Hodnett Cooper is located on the second floor above parking and features three bedrooms, three baths and a remarkable ocean view.

Perfect stay

Last minute booking for a quick family getaway and this was more than I ever expected. The place was convenient to get to, clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The pool was nice and the beach was close. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Getaway

It was an incredibly comfortable condo, every room having a private bathroom made it even better. The huge balcony, easy parking and overall convenience made for a great time. I would highly recommend this location and condo! Fantastic property!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and in a great location. It was very clean however, we did have to wash some of the kitchen utensils before we were able to use them.

The Island

Lovely place we would stay there again. Coffee pot leaked and the showers weren’t that great but overall a wonderful week.

Excellent family spot

Wonderful location on the island and within the condo complex. Great pool that provided the perfect break from the hot afternoon sand. Lots of room in the unit to spread out. Furnished beautifully and comfortably. Loved the balcony! Could not have asked for anything else our of our early summer trip at this location. Absolutely hope to return!

Nice condo

As described and pictured. Great communication. Very comfortable and spacious. The balcony is large. Weather did not cooperate, but would be a great balcony to relax and enjoy the view. The outdoor furniture could use some attention. Definitely recommend and hope to return!

Sister Trip

We had an amazing stay. Would definitely come back to this exact property. The balcony was amazing. All the beds were very comfortable. Twin sheets were a little scratchy.I could live there it was so nice. Couch was perfect to sit on for us sisters.We drove to the park next door, easier to get to the beach.Pool was amazing. Parking was great. Buggies and carts to carry your lugage on the elevators. Needed to have had a full length mirror in all the bedrooms or on back of door. All put 1 room had them. Could have used biger Tupperware bowl wirh lid for watermelon and or some foil.It had awesome coffee cups. LolIt had a Regular coffee maker and one for pods.Very beautifuly decorated. Loved it!

For the most part it was good

Only complaint is they should tell you that you will need to bring ice and trash bags. The freezer has manual ice tray (no big deal) but only ONE tray!? 🥴

Great vacation

We had a wonderful week here! The kitchen was well equipped and the view from the huge balcony was amazing! However, the condo is in need of a deep cleaning. The fronts of the cabinets in the kitchen were pretty dirty and the veneer was broken on many of them, the dining table had old food crusted into the detail and the corners and baseboards throughout the condo were dusty. Overall this didn’t change our vacation but, it does need a little attention. The mattresses were a little soft but not awful, by the end of the week I was looking forward to my own bed though! The rest of the furniture was very comfortable and we were able to relax very easily! The management team was quick to respond to a broken coffee pot and had a new one at our door within an hour of my phone call. Impressive! We had a great stay and would consider staying again. The pool was great, my toddler loved the 1ft deep kid pool!

Perfect spot! Wonderful stay!

We just loved our time staying in this unit. It had plenty of space, was well stocked with necessities and made for an enjoyable week. This unit has great views of the beach and pool. Upon arrival, the unit was clean easy to check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Nest with a View

Absolutely loved this property for our recent multi generational family vacation, perfect layout for our needs. Very well decorated with stylish and comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, and fantastic balcony. We didn't need to leave the property, the view and access to the beach and pool was all the entertainment we needed for a great vacation.

We LOVED our stay- great view of ocean and access to beach! Beautiful accommodations!

This vacation was our sixth visit to St. Simons Island and this property has become our favorite. The condo is beautiful and accommodated everyone nicely! Beds were comfortable and the balcony provided the BEST view for an amazing sun rise every morning. The pool was clean and well cared for and the closeness of the beach was wonderful. At night, we sat on the balcony and listened to the sound of the waves. It really was a very relaxing atmosphere. My husband and I plan to book this condo from now on when we visit!
