Offered by Hodnett Cooper, St. Simons Grand 107 is an exceptional St. Simons Island vacation rental residence.

Hidden behind majestic oaks and a large lagoon with a secluded gazebo, is a well kept secret called the St. Simons Grand. Enter through the private gates into a luxurious oceanfront community offering a direct ocean view from every residence.

With its expansive and beautifully landscaped courtyard dotted by lagoons you can enjoy a day by the oceanfront heated swimming pool or hot tub, or take a walk up the boardwalk and out onto the sand and water of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a day or evening grilling dinner on one of four gas grills.

The St. Simons Grand offers covered parking and three elevators conveniently located throughout the building.

St. Simons Grand 107 is a tastefully decorated three bedroom, three bath residence. The large and well equipped kitchen opens into the dining and living room area which enjoys a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The large master suite also offers an ocean view and a large private bath with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Very nice and clean condo. For three couples there was plenty of room. the queen bed was not as comfortable as it could be. There is a need for something to put your luggage on in that room also. We had to leave it on the floor in the closet.

Great vacation!

The condo was nicely decorated. Nice comfy beds. I gave a 4 star overall rating because of the following- The shower floor in one of the baths was slimy feeling, not well cleaned. Also on 3 separate occasions we were surprised to find roaches in one of the bedrooms, bath, and kitchen areas. Gross! The check in/out process was very easy & simple. The security guard on duty was super nice. Hodnett Cooper has some beautiful properties for beach vacations!

fall break with grandchildren

we love the Grand for location and pool and view. This particular unit needs decor refresh or at least need to remove clutter. Too many decorations/accessories on every surface. Was nearly impossible to find place to set a glass or book or such. Color scheme is very dark for the beach.

A perfect change in scenery during a pandemic

While still social distancing, we were able to get away for a short vacation. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed to cook in the condo.

Loved at our stay at this Grand Condominium!

We at a great time at the Grand on St. Simons! The first floor location of this condo made it easy to get to and from the beach. We can’t wait to go back!
