The pictures are very accurate with lots of space for 10-12 people. Dining only fits 8 and seating in living room only seats 6. Lots of gadgets in kitchen with full sized fridge. Gorgeous views! Carpeted so that was surprising. Also lots of humidity on 3rd floor. AC works well to blow cold air. Ceiling fans in each room including kitchen.

As my rating stated "OKAY", Condo was worn looking at a minimum. Frige Water dispenser and Ice maker didn't work. Needed a Iron - none available even though it stated there wa one - rental place had to run out and buy us one. Rain water running down the plaster wall and sliding doors in the living room. Furniture was very used, saggy and not comfortable.

A fantastic place for a family vacation. The condo is situated on the beach with a short walk to the ocean. We loved being there and have many happy memories to be shared through the coming years.

Our stay was amazing, we couldn't have asked for a better place for the amount of kids and adults that we had. Very beautiful with ocean front view.

Fall Beach getaway with family

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay—great location, amazing views and access to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. Very convenient to paved walking/bike trail, restaurants and shops, yet removed enough to feel quiet. Enjoyed every moment!

Perfect place for a family getaway!

Lovely place with a great view. My family really enjoyed the condo and the location. It was located just far enough from the busier area of town to avoid the crowds, but close enough to be a quick trip to restaurants and activities. The beach was gorgeous and the view from the deck and balcony were stunning.

Bathrooms had mold growing on tile and there was a leak from the upstairs bathroom that was coming through the ceiling in the kitchen right in front of the stove. There was constant condensation from air vents in kitchen that dripped over counter. When we got there one queen bed had dirty sheets. The dryer is old and doesn’t dry properly. The view was gorgeous and we loved the bottom area to get to the beach. Parking was excellent for multiple cars to park in the garage. Overall, we had a wonderful trip despite the negatives.
