My family and I enjoyed our stay for New Years weekend; however, there were a few things that was less than impressive. First, was the verification process which I have never had to deal with before. I had to stay on the phone with an agent for quite some time answering questions the day we were checking in. Once we made it to the room, within 5 minutes of walking through the door, I received a text asking about the cleanliness of the condo. From what I had saw at that point, I gave a review of 5: however, as soon as we were settled we realized the couches are nothing short of needing to be replaced. The TVs/cable service was mediocre. The WiFi on the TVs did not work and so we were unable to utilize streaming services, which is absolutely the most popular means of viewing in todays world, especially with children. The floors appeared clean until we took our shoes off and they were disgusting. There was dirt and grime throughout. We could not walk around without shoes on. On the other hand, beds and linens were as clean and comfortable as one could ask for and appliances were nice and clean.
