Home was convenient by car to downtown Pensacola district. It was also convenient to a few restaurants. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

The overall house was very clean, but the beds weren't very comfy. The AC had troubles keeping up with the Florida heat, but we were only there to sleep so it wasn't a big deal. There was quite a bit of glass in the yard that we had to pick up because we had our dogs with us and didn't want them to get injured. Other than minor issues we had a great stay. Close to parks and easy walking distance from great restaurants. It was a 20 min drive to Pensacola beach.

Loved it! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, adorable roomy cottage, beautifully landscaped front and backyard- great for dogs and kids. Walk a couple of blocks to restaurants and coffee shop, 5 min drive to downtown, and less than 15 min to Pensacola beach (the drive is beautiful crossing over 3 bridges). Easy check in and out and responsive host. Will be back!

Great vacation memories

Loved our time here! The check in process was super easy, had everything we needed and reasonably distanced from things to do. I also loved it being dog friendly and the home was complete with some dog friendly items, including toys, which we had actually forgotten to bring.

Home away from home

We felt comfortable and the neighborhood was great. We took many long walks and the location was close to the beach, stores, downtown and restaurants. We would like to visit again.

Comfortable and great location

This was a great place to stay with two dogs that require a ton of exercise. The fenced in yard and friendly dog neighbor was great for my dogs as well as the nearby parks and dog friendly beaches. We had a fantastic time and will come again!

I purchased this property primarily to be directly behind my elderly mom. She's 89 years young and going strong but I like being very close to her. This is my personal home but I rent it out to others so they may experience our beautiful East Pensacola Heights neighborhood.

There is a great back yard fully equipped with Bar-B-Que and patio furniture. Walking distance to the bayou, if you'd like to kayak, relax by the water and see the beautiful sunsets. My brother also has a "Food Forest" garden in the yard directly behind. So mossy over and say hello, he'll give you a tour.
