Great vacation memories

Loved our time here! The check in process was super easy, had everything we needed and reasonably distanced from things to do. I also loved it being dog friendly and the home was complete with some dog friendly items, including toys, which we had actually forgotten to bring.

Very nice area in Pensacola. Easy to get to everything. Nice property if you have dogs. Loved walking through the neighborhood in the evening.

Cozy and Clean

The house was very nice and the yard was great. Our 4 legged friends loved the fenced back yard and playing with Boots next door. The neighbors were quite friendly, also. It was a nice size for the two of us along with our 2 dogs.

Home away from home

We felt comfortable and the neighborhood was great. We took many long walks and the location was close to the beach, stores, downtown and restaurants. We would like to visit again.

Great weekend and place to rest

Our long weekend in Pensacola, especially during the Blue Angels' homecoming air show, could not have gone better! Checking in and the guidance provided after arriving were simple, straight forward, and Cynthia was readily available for any questions. After a long day out enjoying Pensacola or maybe getting too much sun, this was a great place to wind-down and prepare for the next day! No need to worry about it not being on the beach, its located perfectly to be close enough to everything you'd want. Also, if you hang out in the back yard, you'll likely meet the friendly dog next door, Boots. Thank you Cynthia for a great place to stay this weekend!

Great Little House

My friend and I stayed at the Flamingo Pad for a short weekend sewing retreat. The house had the space we needed for our sewing projects and was overall clean. There were a few small downsides, which are to be expected when renting a private property, that potential renters might want to know about. The hot water ran out quickly and one of the beds was so firm it was very difficult to sleep in. Despite this it was an overall good experience.

Fun beach bungalow

Older but very cute beach bungalow. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. TV in living room only. Hostess provided a nice bottle of wine and advised us that early check in was available. A few blocks from Pensacola Bay. Very happy with my stay.

Comfortable and great location

This was a great place to stay with two dogs that require a ton of exercise. The fenced in yard and friendly dog neighbor was great for my dogs as well as the nearby parks and dog friendly beaches. We had a fantastic time and will come again!

Just a short trip

This is a beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice, and very nice neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay. We will stay again when we come back. I also recommend visiting Cindy's brother's home and touring his organic garden. It was awesome!

Great Location!

What we loved the most about this property was its location. Everyone knows Pensacola has great beaches, but Pensacola has so much more to offer. The beautiful old magnolia, pine and oak trees line the streets. There are beautiful old homes and historic sites. This property was warm and cozy. It was an easy walk to few great places to eat. The owner provided great communication. We hope to be returning to this property in the not too distant future. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Cozy, charming, quaint, & homey!

Met our expectations. We were previously Pensacola residence and very familiar with this area. VRBO home was as advertised. Cynthia was 100% on top of communication and assistance. Her brother lives behind the property and was very pleasant to talk to and was especially helpful after I broke the entry door lock key =) . Had a nice backyard to hangout with grill and patio heater, but we didnt get a chance to utilize it. We were able to enjoy the kitchen after shopping at Joe Patti's seafood. Best part was proximity to Agapi restaurant! Would stay here again.

East Pensacola neighborhood

I purchased this property primarily to be directly behind my elderly mom. She's 89 years young and going strong but I like being very close to her. This is my personal home but I rent it out to others so they may experience our beautiful East Pensacola Heights neighborhood.

There is a great back yard fully equipped with Bar-B-Que and patio furniture. Walking distance to the bayou, if you'd like to kayak, relax by the water and see the beautiful sunsets. My brother also has a "Food Forest" garden in the yard directly behind. So mossy over and say hello, he'll give you a tour.
