Great condo! It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach is just a short boardwalk away from the pool/condo.

Our favorite place

This is our 4th time staying here. We love the location and the beach is Perfect! Close enough to walk to some restaurants and shops and not a far drive if you choose to go outside of the vicinity. Close to Publix and Walmart.

Wonderful property

Great property with easy access to pool and beach. Balcony and view is fantastic, could use an update on patio furniture to enjoy more time outside but wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Location is superb.

Great location and beautiful beach!

San Remo offers an excellent location close to amazing restaurants and shops! The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The condo was just the right size for two adults and two small kids. Note that the bunk room is open to the hallway, but the kids slept fine.

We love it!

We love this location! Great pool! Great beach access! Reasonably priced compactor area accommodations. Not a busy area of the beach but close to everything you could want. We will always stay here when coming to the Gulf/30A area.

Fantastic Location for small family

Loved this rental! The beach access and included chairs are a win. Beach area was never overcrowded. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Nice big balcony & view of the water. Our 7 yr old loved the bunk beds and the master closet was perfect for a pac n play.

Great Location

San Remo is in a great location in Blue Mountain. Easy access to everything. The condo was clean and our one-bedroom unit (with an extra bunk room) was roomy for our family of six. The grounds were very well maintained, the pool is very large and the condo is very close to the beach. Great stay, would come again.

Loved the old Florida vibe of the condo. The furniture and art are great. Very comfortable. Great having umbrella and chairs for us on the beach 🏖. We would definitely stay here again. Location is wonderful for all things 30A. Thank you 😎

Very nice view and property.

The only thing we would suggest is to put a full handle on the patio glass door. The small finger hold area is difficult for seniors. Overall.. a really nice place.

Fall break

We 've stayed at San Remo before but this was 1st time in this unit. Overall , this unit had everything that we needed, and the included beach chairs were a great plus. The furnishings showed some wear , but nothing that bothered us. San Remo still one of the best options on the 30a. Great trip!

Very nice

The unit was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. The only issue was the property maintenance men power washing the building for three days. A minor irritation, just wish it was some other week. All in all, it was very pleasant, and we’ll likely book again next year.

Great location!

This is our third time staying at San Remo, first time in this unit. We knew we would love staying at this location because of the proximity to the beach and access to the heated pool. Everything in the unit is as advertised. They did just update the tvs to have internet access and the ability to log onto your streaming services so that was a bonus. There is definitely room for improvement and could use a refresh, but the rate was cheaper than some of the more updated unit so we got what we paid for and knew that going in.

This property has potential. Guest bathroom needs a shower curtain liner. The patio needs painted or scrubbed. Black mold developing. Brighter ceiling light needed in bedroom Lots of bed pillows but no pillow cases Also bath towels dirty looking. I washed and bleached whatever we used.

Leslie, If there were any issues during your stay from 9-16 to 9-23 we did not receive a text, e mail or phone call about any issue. It is impossible to fix an issue after you return home. Sorry you do not approve of the lighting the owner has chosen for their beach front condo.

Very Nice But.....

The unit is very nice and clean. Its not very updated or decorated as the unit we stayed in last year but it works for us. The complex is what we considered close to perfect. Its not right on the beach (though it is beach front) Short walk from the pool on the walk way. Its a great area! Now the but. Unfortunately there is a large house being built in front of the complex that will be lasting were told almost 3 years to construct. When finished it will block a good portion of the gulf view. Its too bad because the complex is so nice the was it is. We're so disappointed and sad for the owners.

Hey, Thanks for taking the time to write, it is unfortunate that our county leaders are handing out building permits like beads at Mardi Gras... Unchecked development is impacting our beaches and when you decide to own a home here I hope you will vote and maybe decide to run for office too! I am so sorry your view is being obscured by this monstrous house. It is still a pretty view, but I understand it is slightly less than the full on view of the water it once was. As for my decor, I like my furnishings, I picked it out myself and it looks a lot like my home in Wisconsin, I understand you think it is 'grandmotherly' furnishings, Well, I am a grandmother, at 86 I don't think Ill ever get used to the new fangled HGTV type of decorating... I regret you didn't enjoy my home. Thanks for taking the time to express your opinion about your distaste for my taste.

Like the location, but…

We have stayed in several units in San Remo over the years. As with others, this unit was dated and showed wear and tear with the furniture and kitchen. While we expected this, we did not expect high noise levels during the day because of chiseling the surface of the walkways to the condo units. You could not have a normal conversation in your own unit or at the pool during the daytime hours. We would have appreciated the owner/management company letting us know to expect this. Other renters were notified ahead of their arrival by their owners/mgmt. companies.

A bit misleading

We were mislead by the "2 bedroom" part of the listing for this condo. The 2nd bedroom has NO door, so it is not a bedroom- I don't think it would even be considered a closet without a door. Whoever was sleeping in the "2nd bedroom" would have to stay up until everyone was done in the living room and/or kitchen. We also got the wrong passcode to the beach gate from the pool and couldn't get to the beach on the first night until someone took mercy on us. When we went to do laundry there was so much lint in the dryer that is started to smoke when we used it. We called about all of these things and the only response we got back was "don't use the dryer". No response to the fact that there is only one bedroom. The location is great and the beach and pool were wonderful. This area of 30 A and the restaurants were awesome. We will definitely return to the area, just not this condo...

My family of four stayed for one week. I have two boys (11 & 9) and they slept comfortably in the bunk beds. The location can’t be beat - near shopping and food and the beach is right out your huge balcony. It’s just a quick stroll down the boardwalk and you’re there at your private beach. The complex was very secure and overall quiet from a people perspective so very relaxing. As others mentioned the only downfall was the loud construction that began at 8 am or earlier which made it hard to sleep in at all. The signs said this is supposed to be done by March 31 so this shouldn’t be a problem for long. Some updating could be done and a few more dishes would be nice but My wife is already planning a trip back she loved it so much. Great property!

Relaxation

We always have a wonderful time when we stay at San Remo. The unit and facilities are always clean well maintained. The view of the gulf is amazing and just a short walk to put your toes in the sand. The large pool offers a refreshing alternative to the beach. So many tasty restaurants nearby. We will be planning another vacation here for next year!

Property Manager Cancelled Stay after it was NOT cleaned

We arrived from 16 hour drive with kids. Opened door right at check in time (4PM) to find the place had not been cleaned. Sheets were all off by the laundry, kitchen a mess and it was clear no cleaning had been done at all. Called the property manager who called cleaning service and they called to let me know they were not in the area but couldn't be there for 30-40 minutes (which an hour later they still had not been there). I called property manager back to ask if there is anything he could do for the inconvenience. While friends were listening to the phone call he said maybe he would remove the cleaning fee and I asked what that was and there was no response. After 30 seconds of silence I simply asked "did I lose you" (in case I dropped the phone) and he was not happy I asked and then said I could be there in 30 minutes to change the phone and cancel your reservation and thats exactly what he did. He cancelled our week long reservation. Luckily for us, we were able to stay with friends and made it work with pull out couch and beds. If I were the property owner I would highly consider firing the property manager for his handling of this situation and losing a whole week's worth of stay at a high spring break travel time.

Jed, please tell the truth about the reason you stay was canceled and your money refunded. The words that came out of your mouth about the cleaners being late due to a traffic accident on Hwy 98 would have embarrassed a sailor. Having to endure being locked down by a governor ( while her husband tried to have his boat put in the water while others of your state could not do this), Constitutional Rights being violated and churches closed due to the over reach of your governor should have given you something to be thankful for when you came to a Free and Open State like Florida. I am the owner of the condo in question and fully support the actions taken by my property manager when due to your ill-mannered , rude and obnoxious actions your reservation was canceled and your money fully refunded.
