We had a great time. The home was comfortable and all linens and towels were available and easy to access. Having a hot tub after a long race felt amazing.

Great Girls Weekend!!!

We loved our time at this house and the location. Close to Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The only real downside is that the 2 pull-out couches were not very comfortable at all. I would say the house sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

Family Gathering

The family had an enjoyable time in this home. However while billed for larger groups, the dining space is insufficient. The pictures are accurate in showing only four chairs and a dining table in the kitchen area. An assumption was made that there would be other chairs, however there were not. Leaving some family members standing during dinner. A friendly suggestion is to add at least two additional chairs to the dining table. The host was helpful in answering questions regarding sufficient parking area for a small travel trailer. However while we were able to park the travel trailer and the additional vehicles it was very difficult. The driveway into the house is on a rather steep incline making it difficult. Most important though is the busy street that you access the driveway from.

Perfect location

Great location for our girls Asheville trip. Out of the craziness of Asheville but close enough to go to Biltmore and the Grove Arcade and downtown, etc. Well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great front porch and very spacious.

The kitchen is wide open and has a large connect to the living space to have an east flow when hanging out with family!

Perfect!

The home perfectly suited our needs. Quiet and clean with nice touches (snack basket and waters waiting, toys in the kids room, bath bombs, etc) we enjoyed our stay. The owner was in constant communication and the location was perfect. My only slight negative was the lighting getting into the home. We struggled a bit finding the house since it was so dark but the whole street is dark. Definitely would not stop us from returning. Thank you!

Top shelf cotttage

The property was completely updated with new floors, new appliances, and every amenity you could possibly want. The location was perfect. You had great Mountain View’s, autumn colors, and yet only 10 minutes to town. It is very spacious with large rooms and a great kitchen. The owner does not scrimp on anything. I will be returning. If you get the chance, stay here!!!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spacious and clean. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the area. We appreciated the abundance of towels and available laundry detergent. We would recommend this place in the future. Thank you for allowing my family to make memories here!

A Clean and Well Lighted Place

We arrived in the dark but the porch was well-lighted and we had no trouble finding the place. The home is very clean and well stocked. Our favorite place to gather for our morning coffee and conversation was the front porch with the mountain view!! The manager, Jennifer, responded very promptly to every question we had. I very highly recommend this home - it is very clean, comfortable, roomy, well stocked and, did I say, very comfortable!!

Short but pleasant stay

We only had one night at Jennifer’s house, but we would have loved to stay longer. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 kids, and the house was spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful bins of children’s toys that our toddler and preschooler very much enjoyed (and that kept them occupied while we unloaded/loaded the car!). We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious property in a great location!

The property was in a perfect location, in between downtown Asheville and hiking in the Pisgah National Forest. Jennifer has lots of thoughtful touches including snacks and a Kuerig machine with a great selection of coffees. The property was clean and easy to find. It was very spacious and perfect for our mom’s getaway.
