Loved 301!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the pleasure of renting unit 301 in January, 2024. We would have loved to stay for our full 3 month stay in St Augustine, but it was only available for one month. This was our 10th stay at Summerhouse and 301 was one of our favorite units. That's because it was so fresh - new furniture, fresh paint job and everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. Loved 301!

Summerhouse 4th of July week.

Summerhouse beach is nice. Pool and patio area was clean. Pool area needs more shade and more table seating area. All tables with umbrellas were full. Plenty of EMPTY lounge chairs in the full sun no one was using except for their bags and towels! A suggestion, add shade & table seating with umbrellas outside of the fenced pool area! Also too many locked gates now Summerhouse didn’t used to have all the locked gates. I get it…people using the beach & pool area that are not registered guest ……

Only issue we had was that the closet used as a pantry was so full of stuff like beach toys, chairs and more that there was little storage space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weekend at this lovely beach condo was very nice. The location was perfect and the community was very well maintained and was easily accessible. While the condo was clean and well maintained, we did notice that the kitchen needed some updates. The Dishwasher is dated and didn't clean the dishes and cutlery well even after two hi power washes. The pots and pans were not cleaned after the last visitor. Washing machine was not cleaned after the last visitor as we could see a build up of residue on the inside of the door.
