Thank you for your feedback, and for taking the time to share your concerns. We’re truly sorry to hear that the railing and loft ladder created stress during your stay. Guest safety—especially for children—is incredibly important to us, and we take your comments seriously. Regarding the railing, we understand how concerning it must have been as a parent. We are currently reviewing the spacing of the spindles to ensure it meets updated safety standards and are exploring options to make that area more secure for families with young children. As for the loft ladder, it’s intended to remain fixed in place for structural reasons, but we understand how its presence might be confusing or concerning when the area is off-limits. We're evaluating better ways to restrict access and clarify expectations for guests going forward. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and helping us improve the space.

Hi Casey, I'm pleased to hear that overall you had a great stay at the property! I appreciate the comments about the property and will be sure to reiterate this to the owners so that they are aware. In regards to the cleaning, I'm very sorry you arrived to that. The cleaners may have forgotten the trash bags and a few spots and when this happens, we would like you to reach out to us right away! If you had told us this upon check-in, I would have sent the cleaners back immediately to rectify this. I hope it didn't affect your stay too much and please reach out to me in the future if you are ever looking to rent in Rehoboth again! Best regards, Sam Ratner BHHS PenFed Realty
