Just steps from the Silver Buck ski run and the Silver Strike Express chairlift at Deer Valley Resort. This two bedroom two and a half bath 1500 square foot residence features stunning sunset views of Lady Morgan Bowl and its lobby floor location provides convenient access to the Hearth Room, coffee machine and ski locker room. This condo has been meticulously maintained for your enjoyment. The guest bedroom offers the unique option of two twin beds or a king bed-you decide. Indulge yourself with direct ski-in, ski-out access and upscale finishes and amenities for even the most discerning guest. The residence features reclaimed wood flooring, a gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances including built in wine cooler, a generously sized great room with native stone fireplace and private balcony. Arrowleaf guest have access to a cozy Hearth Room for family gatherings, playing pool, shuffle board and enjoying a drink by the fireplace or watching sports on the big screen TV. Enjoy the convenience of a private ski locker with boot dryers, slope-side hot tubs, an outdoor fire pit, gas barbecues, heated underground parking and a private shuttle service to get you around town .


This luxury two bedroom, two and a half bath condo (approx.1500 square feet) includes many high end amenities, such as:

*In the newly redecorated Hearth Room, located on the main floor of the lodge, you will find a big screen TV, pool table, shuffle board, fireplace and cozy furniture , bar with ice machine, purified hot and cold water dispenser, and a professional coffee/espresso/hot cocoa bar available for your complimentary use.

*Outdoor Fire pit with seating and 2 Hot Tubs are located slope side right outside the ski locker room.

*Outdoor barbecues

*Private Ski Locker with boot dryers located in a heated locker room, just steps from the ski slope

*Heated Secure underground parking.

*Daily or mid week cleaning is available for an additional fee upon request.

Amazing and better than advertised!

My wife and three adult children stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The host was incredibly friendly and the location is right on the mountain and everyone loved the hot tub, coffee machine and pool/shuffleboard tables!

Amazing Location !

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, and the ski-in/ski-out access is excellent. The ski lift right in front of the condo is never crowded, which made getting on the slopes a breeze. The ski closet is very convenient, and the complimentary bus transportation was a huge plus—we used it often to go out for dinner in Park City. We will definitely be back!

Well maintained condo in great location. If you are interested in ski in/ ski out condo in Deer Valley on Silver Strike lift which is well maintained, and responsive management this is a great place to stay.

Awesome location!

We have been to Park City many times and this is by far the best condo we’ve stayed at. Location perfection and condo was well maintained and spacious. Will be back in the future! Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Perfect Ski-In Ski-Out Location

Condo was large, well equipped, and well maintained. We had a quick trip with 2 days of skiing, and the slope-side location allowed us to maximize our skiing time. Building had nice amenities, including ski locker room steps from the slope and Silver Strike Express lift. It was easy to pop in for lunch and to warm up, which was awesome. Host was also very helpful. Highly recommend!

Stay here with confidence. Perfect two bedroom unit and a very accommodating and helpful host. One of the best ski-in/ski-out location on Deer Valley and an easy drive into and out of complex. Has everything you need for the perfect Deer Valley vacation. Enjoy!

Perfect Location!

This unit is in the perfect location right on the first floor. Short walk to the ski lockers and the game room / lobby. The unit was clean and well equipped. Communication was great as well!

Incredible Stay at Arrowleaf – Perfect Ski-In/Ski-Out Location!

We just returned from an absolutely fantastic week at Arrowleaf. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—true ski-in/ski-out convenience.The property itself is beautifully maintained, spotless, and exactly as described in the listing. We opted for extra cleaning during our stay, and everything was kept in pristine condition.Dave was an exceptional host—responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Fantastic Location

This condo is in a fantastic location, is spacious, and was great for a week-long stay for our family of four at Deer Valley. The slopes are literally feet from your door. In addition, you get free access to a shuttle serving most of Deer Valley and Park City so a car is unneccessary. Would definitely stay here again.

Location...location...location!!!

This is a well-appointed unit with stunning views, convenient to ski lockers, and only 24 steps to the snow from there. We had a lovely week here leading up to and including Christmas. The owner and property manager were very responsive to the few needs or issues during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here, and in fact, we have already booked for next year!

Great 1st floor location that is close to very nice lockers and right out the door to the slopes. Makes it very easy to come in for lunch. Very nice unit, just needs a little better dusting from cleaning service.

Perfect for a family

This is a great property; close proximity to slopes, free shuttle to get around, enough space for our family of four. I’d have to look but I think the listed check out time on Vrbo was 11am but it’s actually 10am. That was the only surprise and the property manager accommodated our timing.

Nice Feb ski trip

Great location for easy access to the slopes. Very clean property though a bit dated. The use of the Empire transportation was great and helpful with the snow conditions. The management was very accessible for the few things we needed. Only thing to note is if you are tall - the 2nd bedroom that they say can be 2 twins or a King is really just 2 twins pushed together for the King- did not have the length that was needed for tall daughter

Most of the year we reside in Hawaii but you can find us enjoying the winters and summers in beautiful Park City as well. Skiing is a passion for the entire family and this great condo has been our home away from home for the last 10 years. Please come enjoy our place and make memories to last a lifetime like we have.

Having skied Deer Valley since the early 1980’s we know the mountain as well as anyone. We know that the snow conditions in this area are always great and the easy access to the lift and the multitude of runs that can be accessed from Arrowleaf and the Silver Strike chair can’t be beat. We love the accessibility to the condo, just steps from the ski run and the intimacy of the lodge as compared to the larger properties nearby. Underground heated parking or the convenient complimentary shuttle service make getting out around town simple and easy. In particular we love this condo, with easy main floor access, you never have to wait for an elevator and the views of Lady Morgan bowl are spectacular. We’ve always treated our condo as our home away from home and not a rental property. We believe you will notice the difference and enjoy you stay.
