With two stunning bedrooms, an open concept living and dining area, and a private balcony, a total of six guests can spread out and find their own piece of paradise. After sunbathing on the balcony, lounging on the sand, or taking a dip in the shared pool, gather for a home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room and both bedrooms boast large flatscreen TVs as well, so downtime will be well-spent watching favorite shows or movies.

Sitting in the heart of Panama City Beach, there will be no problem finding something that everyone will enjoy. If you brought the little ones along, head over to ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, WonderWorks Panama City Beach, or Shipwreck Island Waterpark for a day full of fun. Fun on the beach

We are two couples who visited PCB for vacation. This unit was perfect for us, with two king beds and separate bathrooms. We had a great time.

Pros and cons

The view is great - very nice porch for sitting out. Did not use the pools or other amenities, but I saw people in the pools, so I assume they’re fine. The “fitness center” only has a treadmill, an elliptical, and a stationary bike - no equipment or free weights. Signage is not great; it took some trial and error and asking to determine parking, location of the elevator, location of access to pool, and location of and how to access the beach. The onsite manager was helpful, as was a resident owner. Note: the front master bedroom is nice and quiet; the guest bedroom is near the street and hallway and picks up all that noise All in all, you can get your fill of the beach, pool, and local attractions staying here if that’s what you came for.

Disappointed

The unit was beautiful but the cleanliness was not. The floor was dirty, we found blood on one pillowcase, and there was something on the floor between the nightstand and the wall. Not sure if someone spilled something or maybe someone was sick. There were no trash bags other than the ones in the the trash cans on arrival and there was no dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher present. Upon further investigation, there were no beach towels either. I text with Vacasa (property manager) about everything and they responded with: “We apologize for the inconvenience caused and want you to know that we take this matter very seriously. Please know that this is not our standard, and we always strive to provide our guests with the best experience possible. We're sorry that we fell short of your expectations this time.” They brought us one pillow case and two dishwashing packs. No one cleaned the “mess” by the nightstand as I specifically asked them to do. Beach towels were never provided either. We were very disappointed in the condition of the of the unit. We have stayed in several units in the building and this is the only time we have had Vacasa as the property manager. If we stay again and they are the property manager, we will cancel and find another. Again, the unit was decorated wonderfully. I would recommend the mattresses be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. There was NO hot water in the kitchen either. Hard to wash dishes without hot water.

Disappointed

I was hoping I could upload photos but I don't see that I can. When we arrived we found the recliner in the reclined position and it would not go down. Also one side of the couch was partially reclined and would not go down. We made sure to notify Vacasa and sent pictures only to be told someone from the local office would contact us. Nothing was ever done. Then parking pass was not in the room. For 3 days with multiple text and messages with Vacasa saying someone from the local office would contact us they said someone was bringing us a parking pass. Never happened. We had to buy a parking pass from the property management. Which has not been refunded to us. Then the remote to the master bedroom would turn the TV on and volume up and down but would not change the channel. We realized it must have been an issue because at least 3 remotes were missing the back of them probably because previous guest were trying to get the TV to change channels. The bed that has an Oceanview was just as described and bounces you off when someone lays down. We all ended up sleeping in the King size bed because the other one was so uncomfortable. We booked 2 more trips for the summer and I will never rent from Vacasa again. I guess it is protocol for them to say someone from the local team will reach out just to pass the problem off. No one from the local team reached out about any of our issues. We got two rooms for a reason and we all had to pile in a room that we couldnt use the TV.

Great for the price

This condo had an AMAZING view!! Loved the area, well decorated. We got tickled when you lay on the guest bed, it was like an air mattress/water bed, as the second person lay down, the first person would rise up and you could make waves by getting on or off the mattress. Our feet were black from the floor, but as long as we wore shoes inside it was fine.

Great view clean beach. It is on 22nd floor. The property is secure with keypads which made it convenient for entire party. Needs a new couch back is flaking and I am sure was caused by need to santitize since covid

Amazing views, terrible service

The property has great views and amazing location but terrible service from the management group - Vacasa. After check in, spent 2 hrs cleaning the condo and trying to fix the toilet. The Vacasa service team kept on passing the buck for 2 days and then told me the toilet cant be fixed until after the stay. We were 3 families and all 3 condos had one or other thing wrong with it. Will visit Panama again, but never stay in any Vacasa property again.

Wonderful Location

Having stayed on this beach several times we can say we enjoyed it very much here. The balcony is spacious and provides privacy and the view is what we came for. The condo was furnished adequately but the patio furniture was minimal. We spend most of our time on the balcony so more comfortable furniture there would have been appreciated. The condo was also adequately clean except for the floors which have a stickiness that makes your feet black within minutes. We were having to wash our feet repeatedly throughout the day. This could be remedied easily with a good washing. There were also a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed which we reported.

Wonderful vacation condo

The condo was just as pictured. Beautifully decorated, clean and had everything you could need, including washer and dryer. The view was AMAZING, right on the beach and close to everything.

Housekeeping was ridiculous! But the condo was beautiful!

We had a hard time finding where parking was located and we were not given information on where our parking pass was or wristbands and had to call the office. Arrived in the condo only to find there was absolutely no toilet paper in the unit and we called the office and they said they would take care of it right away. Come back 2 hours later from the beach and yet again still no toilet paper. Called the office frustrated and they finally put it on a high urgency notice and we got the toilet paper within 5 minutes. The housekeeping does ok with cleaning but definitely not with stocking supplies. Otherwise the condo was very nice as pictured and the view is gorgeous.

My Family Loved it!

My family spent spring break at 2203. Usually pictures make the place look better than it is. This place is quite the opposite. Although the pictures are beautiful, they don’t show how truly beautiful the condo is. The owner didn’t throw cheap stuff together to rent out the place. They took time and decorated it in a tasteful, beautiful way as they would their own home. I love the artwork on the walls. It has a gorgeous view. I sat on the (nicely furnished) patio every morning and every night. The kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget/pot/pan you’ll need. There was a coffee machine that used K-cups and also coffee k-cups left for the guest. I thought that was a great welcoming touch because I am a coffee drinker! There is plenty of towels. Lots of extra blankets. There is a coffee shop across the street that has a great breakfast. Many places for shopping and eating that’s in walking distance. Walmart is right up the road. The pool area and the beach area was nice. This owner definitely takes pride in ownership and it shows. I’ll definitely book this condo for my family trips in the future. Thank you Ocean Villa 2303 for a wonderful stay!

Great condo!

Very spacious, comfortable, modern amenities, beautifully decorated, clean, and GORGEOUS view overlooking the Gulf. The balcony is very spacious and the view could not have been better. This condo is right on the beach which meant an afternoon lazing near the water was convenient, allowing us to head upstairs for a quick lunch and back down for more fun in the sun. Located across the street from a cute coffee/breakfast/lunch café, which we visited daily. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location. We were able to walk to pineapple willys for lunch daily. We walked to sunrise bakery daily for breakfast. Could also walk to barefoot on the beach. Very clean condo with a beautiful view. Never had to wait on an elevator.
