Enjoy your next family vacation directly on the Gulf of Mexico! This vacation condo in Navarre Beach offers a private, 180-degree balcony overlooking the sparkling turquoise blue waters and sugar white sands you can only find on the Gulf Coast. This beach retreat is decorated to remind you of your ocean getaway – tranquil and relaxing. It includes smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, video streaming, and non-carpet floors. With floor-to-ceiling windows, you will feel like you are actually on the water. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms will easily accommodate all your guests for a family vacation or a beach getaway. A king in the main suite with an attached bath, a queen in the one guest room, and double bunk beds in the third bedroom offer the ability to sleep five.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Double red flag

Came to Florida to enjoy the beach…double red flag for first two days, but thankfully the condo was great, and the view was amazing!! Loved going to sleep and waking up looking at the ocean.

Ideal location

Condo is very spacious and the middle bedroom with bunks is great for all the kids. Pool area is nice and provides plenty of shade. Condo is right on beach. Property management is quick to check in with you upon arrival and always responds quickly to any needs that might arise. Minor maintenance could be improved and I would recommend ownership replace the beach accessories that are available.

exactly the beach weekend I needed

Such a gorgeous place with a stunning view to have every morning from the master and balcony. Saw dolphins early in the morning! Even though it was quite chilly, the kids swam in the ocean and made good use of the hot tub and heated pool. Also, we didn't realize the extras like free DVD rental and beach chairs until the end of our stay. Overall this family with 4 kids had a lovely stay! Thanks so much!

Sister reunion.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was just like the photos. We loved it I was so happy to find the listing. My three sisters loved it. They couldn’t believe we had such a great place this trip and no hotel rooms going back and forth. Absolutely loved being together for meals and watching TV movies. Just great. Have plans already for next year. Thanks so much.

Beautiful and peaceful

There's not one thing bad to say about this unit. I only wish they would have given me a late check out since I woke up with a dreadful headache and really needed just one extra hour to mend and was refused even though no one was checking in that January day. Gorgeous views though. Will come again and hope for no headaches.

Great Family Oriented Place

This place was great! My husband and I absolutely loved it, our grown children (19-24) were a little bored since Navarre shuts down fairly early at night, there are not a lot of places to get ice cream, shop, etc. Also the condo had some construction going on while we were there with the elevator and replacing tiled areas all around the pool and entryway to the condos (not sure why they would wait until May to do those types of improvements) it was still a great trip. The condo was perfect, very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The owner really thought of everything, they even had plastic containers to put fruit in to bring down to the beach. Those little things mean a lot to Mom's. The only thing missing was blowdryers.

Would Not Recommend

The dryer, dishwasher, stove, and oven all need to be updated. It’s ridiculous to pay all of that money and have appliances that do not work good. Also need more pans for families that like to cook. We also killed several roaches. We have stayed at the Caribbean Resort before and loved it but we were really disappointed with this condo.

This is one of the worst condos we have ever rented. You only get 2 parking passes for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath rental which is absolutely crazy when you have small children. The passcode to get in and out of the unit is literally 10 digits long and such a pain to enter/exit.There were so many things broken to name but the worst was the dryer didn’t work the entire trip. When I talked to management, they said it had just been serviced the week prior and was working but to just pull it out from the wall. This obviously did not work. When they sent out a repair man the next day, he replaced a fuse that he said will continue to blow if they don’t have someone come clean out the vent like they were told the week prior when it was serviced. There was a leak underneath the kitchen sink. The main ac unit never got below 76 degrees. There were parts in the kitchen that were literally held on by duct tape. The unit itself needs a total remodel. The only positive I can say is that the cleaning crew did a good job and the unit was clean on arrival. Other than that, it needs a lot of work.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Caribbean Resort - Unit 1302. The view was spectacular each morning, the unit was clean with all needed amenities to keep up the house cleaning (sand primarily). The pool was a great option for those extra windy and hotter days as we traveled with a variety of ages (3 months to 68 years old). Easy access to everything from the beach to eateries and being a lower density resort, we didn’t feel overcrowded, especially while taking the elevator. There were hand luggage carts too for us to use. Pros: Great View, clean unit, easy access to eateries and the beach, well stocked kitchen for cooking utensils, A/C worked well, and it’s a relatively quiet resort. Cons: Spotty internet, king bed could use an update as it creaks very loudly and the mattress is sinking, and the washer and drier run very loudly due to doors missing, dryer also wasn’t very efficient when drying but it works well enough if you keep loads smaller.

Excellent space!

We had a wonderful visit to Navarre, and we loved this condo! We had two families traveling together, and we could not have asked for a better space. There was essentially 2 master suites. There was plenty of room for all of the kids in the bunk bed room. Our only complaint was the washer and dryer, and, honestly, it might keep us from booking her again. The washer was VERY loud...like cannot talk or do anything else loud...and the dryer did not work well at all. We would have to put the smallest load in a time, and even then, it would take over 3 hours to get it dry. There were several nights that I had to stay up late just to get dry beach towels for the next day. The washer and dryer seriously needs to be replaced, and then, I would have no complaint at all!

Loved the place, but needed a deep clean

The layout of this place is wonderful and spacious. We loved the view and the potential that this place had to offer. The distance to the beach was so convenient! However, this condo needs some serious deep cleaning and updates. When we first arrived the floors were filthy and turned our feet black upon walking barefoot or in socks for any length of time. I noticed that door knobs and wall switches appeared smudged and dirty. The glass on the balcony was smeared with sunscreen from peoples body parts that looked like they had been bumped up against it… there were several other less than satisfactory things when it came to cleanliness. We felt the need to purchase cleaning supplies to wipe stuff down because we weren’t sure if it had been cleaned. Vacasa did send someone out to mop and vacuum and wipe out drawers. The floors were better but still need some serious attention. We had to flip the breaker to get the oven to shut off several times after using it. And the dryer took two hours to dry anything. The dishwasher falls/shifts out of place when opening it. The oven door also will not completely close. You have to lift up in order to “kind of” get it to seal. We really wanted to love this place but were mildly disappointed in some of the “accommodations.”
