Sit back & relax on the big comfy sofas while watching the 65" HDTV w/Cable & BluRay player. The Kid's Retreat has 2 Twin over Full bunk beds, table & chairs for snacking or games, & media area with a flatscreen TV, Cable & Blu Ray Player. Plus an ensuite bath with DOUBLE sinks to make getting ready a breeze. Free Amenities & No Resort Fees!
Cleaned & Sanitized using CDC guidelines.

For your convenience, I provide an initial supply of necessities, including starter soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing and laundry soaps. Once these items have been used, you will need to replenish them for your own use during your stay.

The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

This was the perfect place for my family and I for our girls weekend. The host April was extremely informative and helpful with any questions we had and always responded quickly. April was great to work with- Very easy process. Close to everything. Nice, clean, updated condo, exactly what we needed with kids! The only issue was coming in the gate the signs weren't very specific for what line we needed to be in, which caused a bit of confusion, but the gate keeper was a great help! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time visiting this condo. Had everything we needed and more! Location was perfect and amenities were great with club house, warmed pool and slides. Our kids all had their own bed and all beds were very comfortable! The owner was super responsive and even took care of one small maintenance issue so fast that it never inconvenienced us one bit! Highly recommended!

This beautiful, modern, sparkling clean condo was a perfect home base for my family of four adults during our quick Disney weekend. Our host, April, was responsive and very kind. This was our third time renting in Windsor Hills, and April's condo is by far our favorite. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

This condo was exactly as described: luxurious, spacious and certainly clean! It was a wonderful stay for my family and I. The area and amenities are safe and enjoyable. Very clean and family oriented. This condo was modern, well decorated and well stocked and close to many of the Orlando attractions. We look forward to coming back soon! Very nice place, amenities and location

Place was great, big, super clean, and had everything we needed. Pool area was nice and tennis/pickleball courts were right out the back door. Aside from the Orlando traffic, it was a great stay.

Universal Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at April’s condo! It is conveniently located close to Disney Parks and not far from everything else Orlando. Condo was clean and just what we needed for our stay. My son enjoyed the pool and waterpark!

Needless to say, this condo has been a labor of love and my home away from home while playing in the Orlando area.
