Urban Elegance at Espadin LoHi - Your Denver Retreat

A beautiful and very relaxing 1-bedroom loft on the 4th floor of Espadin LoHi. Clean modern design, immaculate condition, and a sliver of downtown view that's pretty at night -- a quiet, polished space that delivers exactly what the photos show.

THE SPACE:
Modern design with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the loft with natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped with premium appliances -- refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook. In-unit washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi for remote work.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Garage parking available ($25/night) or free street parking (note: 2-hour time limit on street -- move vehicle as needed).

LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS:
