Guest access
The building has security in place that will keep you and your group feeling safe. Access is also seamless with all doors connected to your access fob. Access to the suite itself, is a separate key that is included on the keychain with the fob.
Parking is accessed from the entry point off of the main road and can be opened using your garage fob. Head down to the parking level to find your dedicated parking spot. Elevators will take you up to the unit from the parkade, or the lobby.
Interaction with guests
- The condo is part of a shared community and please respect the common areas and everyone on the property at all times.
- Your unit is fully self-contained in private just for you.
- Your hosts, are not always directly on site. However, we are available 24/7 via message and phone and are here to answer any questions you have or to provide recommendations.
Other details to note
- Keep a respectful volume & behavior at all times.
- Quiet time between 9pm & 9am.
- No Pet Policy.
- No Extra guests. Inform to host for short term guests under 7 nights.
- Clean thoroughly upon departure and leave the space as you found it.
- Parking includes 1 spot in the parking lot.
- Strict No Smoking Policy: There is no smoking, cannabis, vaping, e‑cigarettes allowed on the property or in the house at all times.
- Late Check-outs: If you would like a late check out, we can accommodate with notice and we would charge an additional fee for the extension.
- Wifi is high Telus PureFiber internet for fast connection and office productivity.
- A starter supply of shampoo, toilet paper, and basic amenities will be provided upon move-in. Once these items run out, guests are responsible for purchasing their own.
Directions to 258 Helmcken Rd
Getting to the property is easy! From downtown Victoria, it’s just a 10–15 minute drive. Head west on Johnson or Fort Street and merge onto the Trans-Canada Highway (BC-1 North) toward Nanaimo. Take Exit 8 for Helmcken Road, turn left, and continue for about a kilometre. 258 Helmcken Road will be on your right.
If you're arriving from Victoria International Airport or the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, follow Highway 17 South (Patricia Bay Highway) toward Victoria, then merge onto the Trans-Canada Highway (BC-1 South) and take Exit 8 for Helmcken Road. Turn right off the exit and follow Helmcken for about a kilometre.
