Stay in my stylish 1BR unit in the heart of Gastown with city views, AC, and everything needed for a comfortable downtown stay.

Perfect for FIFA visitors, cruise passengers, couples, and business travellers. Walk to BC Place, Rogers Arena, Canada Place cruise terminal, Waterfront Station, SeaBus, SkyTrain, and the Convention Centre. Surrounded by Gastown’s top restaurants, cafés, bars, shopping, and nightlife.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, blackout blinds, and a sliding door separating it from the living area for added privacy and flexibility.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and cooking essentials—perfect whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before exploring the city or settling in after a busy day.

The bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

A few considerations:
- Guests can access the building via a buzzer system. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

- I love traveling and enjoy sharing my home with fellow travellers when I’m away. Please be respectful of the building rules and mindful of my neighbors during your stay.

- No parking and no car required to enjoy the area and everywhere is walkable and accessible to different means of public transit. There are parking lots in the area (Two public parkings right across the street) to rent a spot if needed of approx $30-35 a day.

- There are also street parkings free from 10pm - 9am and available at specific times of the day for approx $2-8/hour.

- As with many busy downtown areas, you may encounter individuals experiencing homelessness or substance use in nearby public spaces. In my experience, the neighbourhood has felt lively and comfortable to navigate, but it does offer a more urban atmosphere than quieter residential areas.
