SeaOtz is a luxurious Gulf front home located in the lovely beach community of Frangista Beach. Surrounded by all that Destin has to offer. Walking distance to retail, restaurants, ice cream parlors and coffee shops and so much more! 5 minute drive to the Silver Sands Outlets and The Commons Mall, which includes a new state of the art theater, Bowling alley/Arcade, Bass Pro Shop, Starbucks and a multitude of boutique retail as well as big names like Bass Pro William Sonoma, Victoria Secret, Forever 21 and the list goes on and on. Soon you will be mesmerized by the famous emerald waters and white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast that are right in your backyard. This three-story home will comfortably sleep up to twelve people. On the first floor is a quiet bedroom with a queen-sized bed while the second floor welcomes you into the living room with a state of the art theatre, new Pottery Barn couches and a table that can seat 12 easily. This perfect entertaining house features a well-equipped kitchen that opens into the dining and living rooms. You and your guests will enjoy the large balconies to experience the incredible views and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. Your luxurious master bedroom features a therapeutic whirlpool tub, procate balcony abd gulf views for days. First guests room on the third floor has a queen bed while the other guest room includes two twin trundle beds. And for added convenience there is a second laundry room located on the third floor as well. With your own private pool and patio, this home is the answer to all your vacation needs. Later, enjoy all the dining, shopping and entertainment that the Emerald Coast has to offer. Sunday arrival and departure are required during peak season. Bed Sizes: First Floor: 1 queen, 1 sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, living area. Second Floor: Living Room, dining room, kitchen - Third Floor: Master Bedroom - King Third Bedroom: Fourth Bedroom - (2) Twin Trundle. Private Heated Pool “Heat Optional”, gas grill, WiFi Self Check-in (Keyless Lock)TV, cable 4 Parking Spaces Pool heat cost $60 a day to heat the pool. Beach Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front if the house by LDV beach chairs

This property was awesome!! Private beach & pool! Kitchen was fabulous with everything anyone will need. Pool floats & beach towels provided. The view is great and the weather was perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this property for family & friends vacation! Very happy we chose this beautiful home for our vacation to Destin!!!!!!!!

The host was very proficient in responding.The home boasts beach views for milesThe kitchen is very well stockedThe master bathtub needs professional cleaning as the jets have mold and mildew around them. Although, we paid fir the pool to be heated, it never got warm enough and stayed dirty on bottom. This home with a few living touches and updates would give it a more modern beach vibe.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront home! The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy beach access just steps away.What really stood out was how well-stocked the home was. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from the kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, the space was inviting, and everything was organized and spotless upon arrival.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and fully equipped beachfront getaway, I highly recommend this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return in the future!

Host was very responsive all along, and was even happy to help us when our travel plans changed a little bit. Great house that is located in the middle of everything in the area so it was perfect for our group. Looking forward to booking the same place next year.

Great house, immaculatey clean, very well stocked kitchen, 2 washers and dtyers, super convenient location! Owner is very nice and responsive- this was our second time at this house and cant wait to go back!

Great Spring Break Beach House for Families!

Perfect spot for our family of 9 including 3 little ones. Tons of beach and pools toys available to us. Pool was a little chilly even with warm temp, but was perfect to cool off in after a day at the beach. Beach is super convenient and a very short walk down from the stairs. Overall, couldn’t have asked for more!

This is a prime location within walking distance to great food and ice cream. The home is beautiful, spacious with beautiful views of the Ocean. We loved that all 3 floors had a balcony! The heated outdoor shower was great for a rinse before going inside or cooling off in the private pool. This is an exceptionally property, we will be back again!

Excellent stay!

This house was perfect for our stay. Great location, very clean, easy communication with the manager. The house was well stocked with beach towels, bath towels, kitchen, and pool/beach supplies. We would definitely stay again!

Great Home and Location

We had a great trip at this rental property. The house was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed staying here. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we had no issues with anything during our stay. The location is fantastic with uncrowded beaches and restaurants near by.

Excellent location on the beach and across the street from a great coffee shop and a cafe with yummy food. Private pool is terrific. Host very responsive to all questions and needs.

Perfect Location!

This home has been the perfect location for our family for the past 3 years! You can't beat the view and convenience of having a pool right on the beach. What we love most is the privacy of the property. Also, the responsiveness of the property manager is great. I highly recommend!

Great family trip

Loved this home. Great layout for our 2 daughters-SILs + grandson and us for 5 night stay. Beautiful beach steps away, great views from multiple porches, Pascalli's a wonderful diner, Bad Ass Coffee and more right across the street. Pool was fantastic, plenty big and very private. Host was very responsive and helpful. Had a wonderful time!

Perfect Stay

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay (5 adults and 3 children). You cannot beat the location and the views!! Communication with the host was very timely and helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with all your cooking needs. The pool was amazing. We will be back for sure!!
