This newly renovated townhouse is a refined, yet Keysey, Key Largo vacation rental (Unit 801) is a 2-story townhouse with 4 bedrooms in two separate living spaces.

The second floor of this charming two-story townhouse has the main living area. Featuring a large, comfortable couch and a big-screen TV, perfect for relaxation.

The open floor plan seamlessly connects to the dining area, which boasts a tropically decorated glass table and sideboard that can seat eight, along with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The generously sized kitchen is equipped with stunning countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, making it ideal for preparing special meals.

The master bedroom serves as your personal retreat, complete with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a flatscreen TV. A luxurious spa-like ensuite bathroom where you can unwind and escape from it all with a double vanity, a bidet, a jetted tub, and a large glass shower.

Also on the second floor is the first of the guest bedrooms, furnished with a queen bed and a flatscreen TV.

Just outside the bedroom door is the second floor's full guest bath.

The ground floor is a large two-bedroom efficiency-style apartment featuring an open living space with a large flatscreen TV, a pool table, a full bath, and a kitchenette. Perfect for entertainment. Step through the sliding doors to the private patio, which offers ample space for socializing. It is also equipped with an outdoor shower.

The second guest bedroom is located just past the kitchenette with a king-sized bed and its own full bath.

The third guest bedroom on this floor offers two twin beds, making it perfect for children or friends.

Located just minutes from the water and including all the amenities that Mariners Club has to offer, this Florida Keys vacation rental is sure to become your favorite spot!

NOTE: 3 - 7-night minimum stay requirement varies by time of year. No arrivals on Christmas Day.

The townhome was lovely and well appointed. The description and pictures were a perfect match to the property. The amenities were top notch. We loved the complex and the location. One recommendation would be to have the complex trim the greenery around the sign just before the entrance on 1 north.

Great Family Get Away

Beautiful property with plenty of room for the nine of us. There were a few minor maintenance items but for the most part we had everything we needed to hang out and enjoy a nice long weekend together.

Lovely condo, plenty of room. Two car limit was an issue for us.

Condo was nice. Pool and marina where we docked our boat were nearby, easily accessible. Did not realize that we could only have 2 cars per property. We had three and it was a hassle to find another place to store for the week. Please state that clearly in rental agreement. It might be there, but I didn’t see it. Perhaps make it BOLD print. Condo suited our family needs.

We loved the unit.

We loved the unit. It’s showing some wear and tear, but overall it was great. Very spacious and the location was wonderful. Take a day trip to Key West and take the Conch Train tour. Also, Islamarodo is beautiful. Eat at Sharky’s in Key Largo and Two Friends in Key West. Very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the customer service and quick check in process.

House is generally good but owner needs to repair main shower door, grill (which is really gross), main bedroom door and back patio/grill area. Mariner’s Club is well maintained.

We are aware of the master shower door issue, however, it’s a job that will take several days and without canceling a reservation there isn’t time between bookings presently to accomplish that. The outside built-in grill and patio are slated for a reno in the offseason as well.

We did appreciate the towels to use. A cooler to use for the duration of the stay like the towels would also be a great addition! The water pressure in the master shower was terrible.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place; very spacious and lavishly decorated. The community pools are very clean. The grounds are well maintained. The photos of the place says it all. The rental management is easy to contact and responsive to any issues. The outdoor grill in the picture is completely trashed on the inside and not functional. The trash cans are by the front door and they were overflowing and stinking on our arrival. It took 3 days before they were emptied. So room for improvement, but still very nice,

We are happy to know you enjoyed your stay thank you for taking the time to review! Unfortunately the garbage pick up is only two days a week and at this tremendously busy time of the year we do understand garbage can pile up in between. As to the grill we are aware it is non-functional and therefore has not been included in the property description or the photos. However, since it is built in it’s a big project to remove it and is scheduled to be done during the off-season so as not to disrupt a guest while in-house. The homeowner is planning additional improvements and upgrades to the townhouse so come back and see us again next summer!

Our unit was just ok, the living area was upstairs and the outside sitting area was downstairs, so it was inconvenient to prepare food and snacks to bring outside, inconvenient for the couples staying downstairs to go up for coffee. Would not recommend that particular unit. The downstairs bedroom door didn’t open to walk outside, bathroom doorknob broke, and lots of fruit flys

We try our best in both property descriptions as well as photos to accurately show and explain the property set up. As you can see, the downstairs has just a kitchenette and with limited counter space, the coffee pot is just kept in a cabinet underneath with the main kitchen and another coffee pot on the second floor...I'm sorry you didn't find that. I spoke to the owner's private cleaner and although she didn't find any fruitflies or a bathroom door knob that wasn't working, we'll look into that right away. Thank you for your review.
