Make memories that will last a lifetime in this three-bedroom, three-bath condo with beautiful marsh views. This home is conveniently located just a short walk across the river from downtown Folly Beach, where you'll find delicious local restaurants and access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The beach is a little farther down Center Street, about a 15-minute walk from the condo.

This is our second time staying at the condo and both times have been excellent. Communication with the Owner is very good. He gives fast responses and provides excellent instructions. The condo is beautiful and is perfectly located with easy access to downtown Folly and Folly Beach. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a vacation rental at Folly!

My family (two parents with two young adult children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for both Folly Beach and site-seeing in Charleston. Having 3 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms was great. We were also happy to find a place where we could bring our dog. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sunsets. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

This condominium is ideal, particularly if you are traveling with your pet. It is very well appointed, clean, and close to anything you could want to do while in the Charleston area.The property manager was easily accessible and had wisely advised to shop at Publix or HT further away from the beach. Those stores are less expensive and larger for those of us that eat/cook in while away with sensitive pets.The screened in porch and views of sunsets, the Morris lighthouse and proximity to the beach were fabulous.I would absolutely stay at this property again in a future visit to CHS.

Our host Kevin was great! There were a few minor issues and Kevin was very responsive. The location is good easy walk into Folly. The place was clean.

Overall, this property is a great place to stay. It's close to Folly Beach and restaurants. Charleston is an easy drive for all the great siteseeing spots. The condo is spacious, even has 3 full bathrooms. The deck has a wonderful view of the sunsets. The only negative is the closeness of the condo to the buzy road leading to the beach. There is constant traffic heading in and out of Folly Beach. We got used to it, but at first it was a distraction. In early April during Spring Break, it is a good value for a nice place.

Love this stay every year!!

Nice condo with views of the marshes. Great folly beach location. Walkable to the restaurants and beach and fishing pier. Some stuff needs updating, but we were not inconvenienced.The condo was clean and comfortable. I used the pool at 65 degrees ,so it can be done!

The condo was ideal for our stay at Folly Beach. As a Fall getaway it provided a delightful opportunity to enjoy blue skies. Our pooch enjoyed it too. The master bed shows some wear. The sofa sits very low and there were no other choices for relaxing indoors.

great time at Folley Beach

We had a great time The beaches were beautiful and clean, there was ample Parking but not always the most convenient. there were plenty of Options for food, grocery, and entertainment. overall a great location and option if you are looking for a new place to stay or just wanna change up your vacation give Folley beach a try it truly was amazing.
