Beautiful "Villa Duplex villa Emma " 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, secure condo is located in Nettle Bay Beach Club, secure resort with 4 pools and 2 tennis court at a few meters from the Caribbean sea. All the unit was completely rebuilt after the hurricane. It is full equipped. Two bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. a new sofa bed queen size sleep, one suite bedroom ( king bed) is situate on the ground floor, the second suite bedroom ( King bed, Tv, sea view beautiful terrace with lung chairs )amazing sea view) is situate up.
A large deck in front of the sea. Beautiful sea View on Marigot Bay and Anguilla island, equipped with lung chairs sofa table and a Weber BBQ,! Two bathrooms, pools and parking, walking distance : French Bakery, grocery, 4 good restaurants, water sport, diving club, pharmacy, medical center..
All around the residence, you have a grocery, pharmacy, French bakery, many excellent restaurants ans bars located at about 200 and 300 meters, the Mezza Luna Italian restaurant, Fabulous Feast (French traiteur and restaurant), La Cigale (gastronomic restaurant), the Hommage Hôtel 4 stars with bar restaurant, restaurant. A grocery open 7/7 from 7am to 8pm is located at 200 meters from the residence.

The location was wonderful. We loved spending mornings on the patio having our breakfast and watching the ocean. The host was very responsive with any issues or concerns.

Fantastic

One of the most beautiful views in the island. The host is wonderful and responsive. We’ve been back twice and have been thrilled both times.

Wonderful Stay

We love the location of Nettles Bay Beach. We have rented a few different places there and really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The unit is laid out really nice with lots of space and closets to put away your things. The deck area was my favorite spot. It has nice furniture for sitting outside sunning or enjoying the view. We were very comfortable there and look forward to a return visit.

sewage odor

The downstairs bathroom had a strong sewage odor. The property manager said to keep the bathroom door closed and the bathroom window open. after speaking to some of the we were told the odor is a problem only in that unit. also ice machine and water dispenser on the fridge never worked.When we contacted the property manager she said the water line to the fridge was not hooked up but it was because the fridge made ice it just would not dispence the ice. The downstairs toilet seat broke it was fixed a day later. Would not go back because the sewage odor was really bad.

Right On The Beach - Amazing

You step out on your patio and you are in paradise. Jump in the ocean or pool which just a few feet away. Inside the house is a full kitchen, large bedrooms, beautiful decor. Beds are extremely comfortable, everything you need for a perfect vacation is there. Thank you so much for providing a fantastic experience. Can't wait to come back for another stay.

Picturesque

This property was very quiet, just what we were looking for with a spectacular view from the back deck. Short walk to groceries and 4 restaurants. Lots of parking if you rent a car. A 15 minute walk to beautiful Red Bay beach. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Our stay at this townhome was great! It was perfect for our little family. The home itself is spacious and beautifully decorated with ample space, but the real winner is the show stopping views! We loved spending time on the patio, listening to the waves and overlooking the ocean. The pool was close by and nice for quick dips. The ocean was a bit too rough during our stay to go into the water, but that didn't bother us, as the location of the home is perfectly situated to explore the many other beaches of St. Martin. Laure was a wonderful host! She was friendly and easily reachable. We hope to come back in the future!

Amazing location. Easy access to many beaches. Condo was spotless and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view is even more wonderful than the pictures.

Great spot

Everything you need is there. It was a bit choppy to swim there, but they have pools and great beaches nearby. Loved mullet bay beach. There’s a grocery, French bakery, and Italian restaurant very close. Remember to greet everyone on the French side with a bonjour as you enter. Parrot ville was awesome and we found some wild iguanas to feed. L’Auberge Gourmond on Gramd Case was so delicious. Narrow streets in grand case so might want to taxi there. Relax and enjoy.

Beautiful Villa!

It was our first time staying on the French side! It was beautiful and the people could handle us not speaking French!! Loved being right on the ocean! Would recommend:)

Good stay -bad communication

Good stay -bad communication. It took a while for the managers to contact us back when we had questions prior to check in and because they had deleted the listing we could not go back in and check any of the amenities on the property. All the power to the unit went out one night and they said they were sending someone over but they never showed. We had to figure it out ourselves as we were the only unit in the complex that lost power.Also while the property is great and it’s nice to be right on the beach the unit itself had some issues with not having doors on the upstairs bedroom and having only Barn doors on the downstairs bedroom and bathroom which didn’t afford a lot of privacy. If you’re traveling with two couples there’s not the appropriate privacy for each couple. The property was very nice from the kitchen out onto the patio and had great outdoor living space. Also the area in which it’s located is a little rough. Overall not a bad experience but not the best.

Fabulous 39 night stay🌴😎

This villa was perfect. The finishes in the kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms are high quality and cozy. Everything was provided for our stay the beach was right off the porch and steps from the sea. The hosts were so accommodating and readily available as well as super nice people. We are going back in March and November. Highly recommend this villa. The pictures are great but it’s nicer in person 😀

We stayed for 6 days and everything was great! Beautiful place with a beautiful setting! Jean-Pierre was very helpful with guidance and suggestions. Store and food very close by. Would def stay again!

Right on the beach

This is a great property. Very centrally located. Condo is brand new inside and out. Completely equipped with everything you might need. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. Will rent again.

Nice spot for a vacation...

The unit itself is very clean, new and updated. The complex (Nettle Bay Beach Club) is right on the water and it's quiet. There is some work going on here because of the hurricane. Some units are remodeled and ready for guests and others are being worked on. As a result there are materials here and there as well as debris that is waiting to be cleared. This does not take away from the beauty of this unit but if you're the type of traveler who does not want to see wood or other materials piled up or a toilet outside, take note... you might see that on your walk to and from your car. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit and everything worked beautifully. You have privacy and beautiful views. Jean-Pierre was easy to work with, met us when we arrived and came to pick up the keys when we left. He also had a cold bottle of water, wine and beer in the fridge for us when we arrived. There is a washer but no dryer. There is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and all of the dishes and utensils you could want. We cooked breakfast on some days and we had everything we needed. There is also a TV with a carrier that is mostly French programming. Two of the three pools were being worked on when we were there but we didn't use the pool. We did swim in the sea although it was rough and windy while we were there. The location makes it easy to go to the Dutch side or French side and we drove A LOT so we could see more of the island. There is a restaurant nearby (Mezza Luna) and we had dinner there twice. There is also a small market across the street that has a lot of items. Jean-Pierre provided us with a lot of documentation regarding shopping, activities, restaurants, etc. and it was all very detailed. We felt safe everywhere we went especially at the unit. The power at the unit is 220v so the outlets ARE NOT compatible with US electric but Jean-Pierre did provide some converters. I would absolutely stay here again. It's a beautiful unit that is very clean, very nicely appointed and has beautiful views of the sea and mountains in the background. Thank you Jean-Pierre for a great vacation.

Winter Warmup

We enjoyed the property and the weather. Jean-Pierre was attentive and friendly with spot on recommendations. The condo is brand new with top of the line appliances. It could use more towels and wash clothes. Also, while the TV was nice, it only had one English channel (BBC) and no DVD player. I would suggest that a DVD player be added with a few appropriate movies for guests to view. Also, adding Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Youtube apps would allow guests to access their accounts while there. The complex still has some restoration from Irma to do, including two swimming pools out of four and the sand needs to be purged of debris. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.
