Master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen tv and private bathroom. Guest bedroom 1 with queen size bed. Guest bedroom 2 with bunk beds and trundle bed. Guest rooms have spacious closets. Comfortable queen sofa-bed in living room with flat-screen tv. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Relax outside on the front deck! Outside hot/cold water fixtures to rinse off after enjoying your day at the beach! This is a Sunday to Sunday rental.

Wonderful home

I’ve been renting in the area for years and this is my favorite home. It was very clean, had everything we could possibly need (water filter, dishes, cookware, bedding, towels, beach passes, etc.) and an excellent location. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful apartment

This place was bright, airy and clean with all amenities included like dishsoap, paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, linens, extra blankets and pillows, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Perfect for family of 5. Beautiful decor, walking distance to beach with boardwalk. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at seaside heights. The place was clean, nicely furnished and plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was new and stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals on days we didn’t go out. Place had 5 beach passes to get on beach and beach chairs for 5. It was our first stay at seaside heights there was a lot to do and places to eat. The place made our stay relaxing, great to have nice place to go back to when done at beach. Thanks

Better than Expected

Seaside Heights has really undergone a transformation and that includes the properties in the surrounding areas. My husband and I were looking for space to accommodate our 3 young boys (aged 4, 7, & 10), and grandma. It was perfect. The beach was a 3-block walk, as advertised. It was far enough away to provide an escape but close enough to walk to and from the property as needed. The beds were super comfortable (yes, even the bunk beds!). The bunk beds were able to fit all 3 boys in one room! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was obvious that the building was either a new construction or newly renovated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Great value.

Best Rental in Seaside Heights for a Small Group

This townhome is perfect for a small group or family. Super clean and spacious and includes linens and towels which is rare in the area! The host was very communicative and immediately sent extra towels over when we realized we were missing a few. Easy walk to the beach. On a quiet, safe street. Don't count on the garage/ping pong table to be a great space. You're better off heading to the beach.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The house is just like the pictures. The renters were very kind and they responded quickly to our requests. We had the perfect relax and wonderful spring brake😊

Perfect Girls Weekend!

House is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and not over furnished like some places down the shore. We were able to bring in 3 6' tables and craft comfortably for 4 days. John was very easy to work with and he even left us a basket of goodies! We will definitely be back!
