Whether you’re traveling to escape or explore, SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL has everything you need for the perfect vacation! Centrally located in the heart of Destin, the property is loaded with on-site amenities sure to check every box on your list. Let’s begin with the newly renovated outdoor pool, and gift shop, where you’ll find keepsakes for family and friends. The outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room will surely appeal to the adults in your party. The fitness facility conveniently located on-site, is something everyone can enjoy as are complimentary DVD’s. Seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. With more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, SunDestin Beach Resort is the perfect place to host your personal and professional large-scale functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0811 is a lovely one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Cozy up in the living room on the comfy sofa, sink back in cushy chairs, and catch a game on the flat-screen TV. Gather round the dining room table for a board game or take in a sunset on the balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of counter space for snack and meal preparation, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to get a restful night’s sleep. Settle in on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Start your day at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! Rent a kayak, grab a meal, or spend the day shopping overlooking the crystal, clear waters of the emerald coast!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Beautiful view, but the condo smelled of mildew or mold. We ended up going to the grocery store and buying air fresheners. The door to the bathroom is falling apart at the bottom corner. The pocket doors all need WD-40 or something. They make loud noises when you try to close/open them. The baseboards also need work. Overall, the condo needs some TLC. I would not stay at this condo for eight days again.

The whole place was under construction and looked like crap Andrew we weren’t made aware of it, the hot tub was just as cold as the pool, they say there’s a beach bar, which looks like there was at one time, but it was never open, the chairs by the pool look like they were from the 1980s, upkeep on the location is very dirty and nothing like the pictures

Very nice Condo

Great place. Construction was ongoing during the stay, but didn't start until 8 am each day. Beach was nice and umbrella and chair setup was a plus. We enjoyed it. It will be even better when construction complete.

Great place to stay in Destin

Great place to stay in Destin. The condo was very clean and modern as well as right on the beach with a beautiful view. I the TVs and appliances were very nice, but the best part was the bed! This has to be one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.

Was clean and great view. Only complaint would be the air condenser is on the balcony instead of the roof, so the ocean noise would get drowned out sometimes. Everything else was great.

Great Location

Tub didn’t drain well and knob was almost falling off, stains on furniture, mildew smell, and some cracking in ceiling in a few spots. Other than these few issues which didn’t deter from our stay too much, the place was fantastic.

Great view!

Great condo with bay view! Great space, only thing I would suggest is addressing areas in ceiling where you can see there used to be water damage. Floors were sticky from a need to be cleaned. Overall we loved it! I cleaned bathroom and floors so I could relax and we had an awesome time!

I loved the condo. The beach was gorgeous. Only thing that would make me choose our typical spot in Panama City is that we were unable to use our personal umbrellas. We had to purchase a tent and sit behind all of the beach umbrellas that were put out in the mornings and we were quite far from the water. If personal umbrellas can injure someone, so can the umbrellas you have to pay for. It's all a money making thing. I didn't rent besch chairs and umbrellas because they are insanely over priced.Panama City is better

Amazing trip

We loved staying at the SunDestin hotel. The location was amazing and we loved the pools and splash pad for the kids. The rooms were beautiful and clean; however they could use a few updates such as a Keurig coffee maker and an air fryer or toaster oven would be awesome. We also had a few issues with customer services as they checked us out a day early and locked us out of the room. They could definitely be a little more helpful and friendly. All and all we had an amazing trip and we will visit again soon.

Sundestin Condo

We booked 6/8-6/15 We checked out 3 days early due to condo property renovations. From 9-5pm it sounded like a Jack Hammer being used. They refunded 4 days. Staff was great, beach great, restaurant great, facilities were very nice, but if you plan on being in room during the day as we did, the noise is terrible. We worked out a partial refund and left. Will try again after remodel of property is done.

3rd year in a row in this unit

This was our 3rd year in a row in this unit. It is clean and convenient. We love the location. It’s far enough away from the pool and loud chaos down below to not disturb you at night when winding down. My only complaint is that the bedroom has a distinct smell almost like a public bathroom. We actually went to buy air fresheners to help. Also the bathroom door between the bedroom and 1/2 bath is extremely loud and will wake everyone up when closed in the night. We will still come back again as this unit feels like home to us!

Maintenance

The location is excellent. The front staff were very good. The apartment bed and pillows are not in good condition. The sheets and linens were bad. Could not sleep and rest as it have bad back ache and sprained next. Same is the situation with bunker bed. All these needs to be replaced with good quality bedding. Bedding had dust mites The towel rod were broken. Bad TV and system needs to be updated.
