Located on the preferred Elena St. in historic neighborhood, this 2/2 custom built adobe style bungalow is only an 8 minute walk to the Plaza, restaurants, shopping etc. Cove ceilings, big Vigas with plaster walls & saltillo floors... all convey the Santa Fe Vibe you're looking for. The residence comes with mini-split AC for individual room control. Great exterior patio with gas grill. Off street parking. King bed in master with queen in guest bedroom. Kitchen is fully outfitted. 3 night minimum

Everything was perfect. This is our second year to stay at casa Elena A in December. It is a comfortable and lovely place for two adult couples. We walked to most of our events and restaurants and shopping places.

We didn’t meet our host, but we found the home in very good condition, full sets of directions, as well as many helpful brochures. Our accommodations certainly met our needs. Proximity to town was a real plus, as we walked to museums and the bakery, avoiding the busy parking in those areas.

This is a beautiful little house in a fantastic location. Not quite walking distance to the square for us as we are older, but very close to everything. House was immaculate and very well supplied. Onsite parking was great. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This is our second year here and we've already booked for next year - it's ideal on every level. Comfortable, easy walk to the Plaza, off-street parking, quick back-and-forth to the Opera, short walk to Mille (morning coffee and fabulous pastries), and a pleasant afternoon retreat when we're exhausted. We love it!

Walk to Plaza

Overall our stay was good. The location was in a quiet street/neighborhood close to the Plaza and to a mall with a grocery and take out food. The bungalow was the right size for 4 adults however, the master's bathroom needs attention. The toilet tank is wobbly that it seems like it will fall off every time we flush. Since we are seniors we depend on grab bars in the shower area. these was also wobbly. The shower floor needs a rubber mat since it was slippery. Also need a toiletry organizer in the shower area. All of us ended up using the outside bathroom for showers.

Perfect location to explore Santa Fe

Came with a friend to see museums, art galleries and explore. House was quite clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful home, decorated with the colors and art of the area.

There was much that worked really well

It was clean, cool, the beds were comfy, it was well stocked and in a convenient location. The owners would do well to upgrade the window coverings which often got stuck, up or down and the curtain rods which did not operate well and actually in one case fell down. But overall, it served our purposes well and we were overall satisfied with the house and the location. The exterior lock box needs to be replaced as it didn’t work well and was old and awkward.

Santa Fe adventure

Four adults, two are very familiar with Santa Fe and two were first-timers. This location was good to get around town and easy access to main roads out-of-town. We were comfortable in the residence and it was well stocked in the kitchen although we ate out a fair amount. The TV was a bit confusing and we had some difficulty getting some channels. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a nice place.

Great location and value for a family trip. Comfortable space! One point to be aware of if you have older folks in your party is that even the short walk to town for dinner can be too much in June as daily temperatures stay very hot (90s) into the early evenings and do not start to drop much until 7-8pm. Just something to be aware of when planning.

A wonderful trip and lovely home to rent

A friend and I came to Santa Fe to visit another friend that moved there 5 years ago. She was a great tour guide and lived close by so this rental was PERFECT for our needs. It was very quiet, clean, comfortable and we had everything one could want. Vivian, our host, was super nice and extremely responsive to a few questions we had. I'd love to come back and would stay here again. Thank you!!
