Location, Location, Location!!! If you are looking for the perfect beachfront condo, Suntide II #103 is the one for you! This is a ground floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo! Suntide II Condominiums offers a wide array of amenities that all guests will enjoy! The beautifully landscaped grounds include a heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, two elevators, and private beach access!

The interior of Suntide II #103 is tastefully furnished with coastal decor! You and your guests will walk into an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a great ocean front view! The living area is spacious and provides ample seating as well as a flat screen tv. Preparing memorable family meals will be a breeze in the nicely updated kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area features a 6 seat dining table. There is additional seating at the kitchen bar. The bedrooms are both large and offer you a well appointed space to rest on their vacation. The master bedroom entails a King size bed and flat screen tv. The master bathroom features his and her sinks, and a walk-in tile shower. The guest room is very spacious and entails a queen bed and a twin bed. This room also has a flat screen tv.
The guest bathroom offers a tub shower combination.

You and your guests will love hanging out on the oversized patio which overlooks the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico and South Padre Island's sandy beaches!

Every stay at Suntide II #103 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

It was so nice to be back at Suntide II

It's been years since we stayed at Suntide II. Great experience! I forgot to leave the cleaning crew a tip. Is there any way to do that? Only thing I would change is we needed some cleaning supplies (Windex, or Clorox wipes, anything). Also, I'm making myself crazy looking for my missing cloths. Can u tell me if I left them in the condo so I stop looking lol. Thanks again!

I really enjoyed our 2 days. I think the only I want to mention. I had issue with toilet in the front room. I think not enough water pressure not sure. It great amenities.

Steps to the beach and pool/hot tub

The Scoop

The view was great! The living room furniture was seriously lacking in comfort. The couch was awful and the two side chairs were really outdoor furniture. We ended up bringing in one of the patio pvc chairs and ottoman, and with pillows were able to make one chair that my husband could tolerate to watch tv. The tv was tricky to operate. We had to call for help and the guy had a tough time. It took him at least 20 minutes to get it operational. Directions would be very helpful. There was a HUGE ant bed on the edge of the patio/grass. After getting several bites, I called for help. I realize this is out of the control of the leasing agent, but outside maintenance began on our fifth day. Sitting outside on the patio was impossible during their work hours. I took photos of all of these items and would be happy to submit them.

As soon as we arrived the place smelled like what a burger and there were dead roaches in the master bathroom and kitchen .I know it's the beach but the floors all had sand on them . The back door is stuck and would only open half way and it wouldn't open when locked from the outside . There is construction equipment right out the back door and is unsightly.Other than that we over looked the problems and just tried to have fun

Fun But Needs New Furniture

We had a great time during our stay. The beach was so close and the private entrance was convenient. It's easy to get in and out. The furniture inside is very uncomfortable though. The Queen bed was so bad our guests slept in the bunk beds. The living room furniture is worn out and uncomfortable. We wound up bringing in the porch furniture to relax in.

Family Beach trip 2023

Great condo. Great location. My recommendation to the owners would be to invest in a better mattresses for master bedroom and the futon. Memory foam mattress..ugh!

Excellent access to the beach, and I enjoyed the view tremendously.

The property was excellent. It was central to the Island and the condo was very easy to access from the parking lot. The bottom floor was perfect for our 5 year old granddaughter. Our only suggestion would be to invest in more comfortable living room furniture. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Condo has a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. The washer and dryer are not in the condo, but on the 2nd floor of the building this is not made clear in the description. Also the master bedroom bath has handicap access which is not stated in the write up. The condo was clean and location was wonderful.

Beautiful Ocean Front View

Immaculately clean. Very roomy 2 Bed/2 Bath. Fully-stocked kitchen. Really, you don't need to bring any dishes or appliances. Super hot water makes for great showers. Bath towels included. Large windows that face the ocean. Small patio with outdoor furniture. The view and access to the beach is why you want to stay here. Mere feet from the beach. When you're done at the beach there's a hose with warm water to rinse off with. You've also got a pool and hot tub to relax in. We stayed 5 nights in October 2021. That's a really nice time to go, not terribly hot, but the water isn't cold yet, and less people. I have no complaints, but if I had to come up with a complaint it would be that it's time for new mattresses and better pillows. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location

Had a great time at your Suntide II #103 Amazing location, steps from the beach. Very close walk to the beach. It's quiet amd safe. Didn't have any problems at all. Condominium is close to everything. TV was great. Lots of channels and streaming. Definitely will choose this one next time.

Great Family Beach Week

This year's vacation was a little different for our family, due to work and school schedules, our adult children vacationed with us in shifts. This condo worked out perfect for our varied needs! The second bedroom with a queen size bed and bunk bed was perfect for our daughter, her husband and their 8 and 9 year old kids and they had their own bathroom. When our other daughter came with her boyfriend for a few days, we were easily able to accommodate him on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen was large for a condo and well stocked. Due to crowded restaurants on the weekend, we decided to stay in and grill. The grills are conveniently located mere steps from the patio. The patio is large with ample seating and with the grassy area, there was plenty of space for a family game of Ladder Toss. This condo has a great location too. The Dollar General is an easy 1 block walk away and they stock all the items we ran out of or forgot to pack. This condo appears well taken care of and nicely decorated and gives a peaceful and relaxing vibe. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Perfect

This is better than you think! It worked perfectly! View was great, grassy area was awesome - my toddler loved it! The condo was bigger than I thought and just was great! The only cons were only one parking pass (so if your bringing more than one vehicle it could be an issue) and no washer/dryer. Rent it - you will love it. Right on the beach.

Great Beach Location

Location was fantastic. Literally on the beach. Property was okay. Definitely dated, but clean. We enjoyed our stay here. One block walk to a Dollar General that was well stocked. Also, easy walk to various restaurants.

Great Beachfront Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The new owners have recently updated the condo and it is well appointed. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with a dual sink vanity, large closet and walk-in shower complete with folding seat and support bars. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom and sleeps 4 comfortably. This spacious condo provides ample living areas and a large kitchen with a sizable pantry. We especially enjoyed the substantial outdoor patio area with ample seating and a beautiful view of the Gulf. It was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. This convenient first floor location provides easy access to the outdoor grills, pool and private beach entry. The condo complex is conveniently located to other island attractions, like one of our favorite restaurants, Blackbeard's, that is a short walk one block away. We plan to stay at this condo again when we vacation in SPI.
