Clean and sanitized according to CDC guidelines. You will enjoy this OPEN LAYOUT APARTMENT furnished with QUALITY throughout, cooking and grilling supplies, beach supplies, and more! IDEAL LOCATION - Crescent Beach only a 10 minute drive and historic downtown St. Augustine only a 15 minute drive. Local beaches known for being clean, quiet, and allow for dogs on a leash and on-beach driving, fishing, and more!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a spacious half acre corner lot. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and there is an attached apartment. If you are looking for more space and want to rent the main house, let us know!

The attached mother-in-law suite has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water, microwave, cooktop, toaster oven, and coffee pot. Smart TVs and ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Washing machine and dryer available for use.

There are separate entrances and separate parking: there is not access in the house to the attached apartment and the dedicated parking areas are on different sides of the house. There are no shared spaces as the apartment has its own dedicated fenced-in outdoor space with grill and seating.

This home is located in a nice, quiet, and welcoming subdivision perfect for those who want to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the downtown atmosphere, while still only a short drive to the beach and tourist attractions. Conveniently located within 2 miles of a CVS, Walgreens, Dollar General, Publix, a post office, and several restaurants.

Surveillance cameras are at all entrances including the front door to the main house, front door to the apartment, one facing the front yard, one facing the side yard, one at the side gate, and one at the exterior door on the pool deck; the pool is within the coverage area of this device. All cameras are in public view that record video only (no audio). The cameras will not capture any images of the interior of the house. Tampering with surveillance cameras is strictly prohibited.

A wonderful place

Situated in a nice quite and quiet neighborhood with short drive to stores for your basic needs. The place is immaculately clean. Kitchen is well appointed, we found everything we need and more. Bathroom is very nice with walk-in shower and handheld showerhead, something we always look for when renting. There were snacks and bottled water, a very nice touch and very much appreciated. Sara, the owner is very prompt in replying to all our questions. We would look up this this place first if we ever go back to St Augustine and would highly recommend to renters looking for a place to visit St Augustine. It's took us only 14 mins to get to downtown. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sara for hosting us.

Perfect in every way.

Location was very close to beach or downtown but away from busy traffic. Very nice neighbors to help welcome you. Absolutely adorable mother in law suite. Very CLEAN and lacking for nothing. Apparently, Sara has a flair for design. Cute comfortable and well appointed. And communication was prompt and easy. Easy check in. Again must say one of best.

There was a plumbing issue which was addressed promptly. The property was well located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to places we wanted to visit.

Comfortable and Convenient

The property was perfect for us. Owners were very nice. Property was well furnished and beuatifully maintained. I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious one bedroom.

A clean and updated apartment unit, perfect for a couple!

My wife and I had a great stay at this unit! The kitchen was great for evening meals in, and the bed is very comfortable. It’s an easy drive down 206 to Crescent Beach, or down 312 to St Augustine Beach. The property manager is extremely helpful and really cares that guests are accommodated. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect spot for a couple or small family to stay during a visit to St. Augustine! It's also a great option for someone seeking temporary housing or someone looking to escape the cold weather from up north.

The bedroom hosts a king size bed plus there is a full size mattress in the pullout sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with the amenities you would need to cook most meals and there is full-size washing machine and dryer dedicated to the guests who stay in the apartment. The fenced-in back yard makes it convenient for traveling with your dog plus it's a great place to get some fresh air and soak up the Florida sun!

There is dedicated parking for guests staying in the apartment and there are no shared spaces with the guests staying in the main house. There is no way to enter the main house from the apartment; the apartment is completely separate from the main house.

Great choose for someone who wants to stay in St. Augustine, but away from the hustle and bustle.
