I didn't have any contact with the host because we did not have any issues. The house was a nice size and very clean. Decent location. Walking distance to many places for dinner and to walk along the water.

Just As Advertised!

I visit Pensacola at least once a year, sometimes twice. I was already familiar with this neighborhood, which is one of the reasons I chose this rental. The street was quiet with no disturbances. It is located near the historic part of Pensacola, which is one of the reasons I stayed here. Everything was very clean. I usually eat out most of my meals while traveling, but I did notice that the kitchen was stocked well if you did choose to cook while there. The only issue, which really isn't much of an issue, was that the first afternoon, it took a little time to cool the house down once I arrived. This is Florida, however, and on a sunny day the house will heat up. But once I cooled it down that night, the house was comfortable for the remainder of my stay. I would stay here again in the future and recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice place to stay.

Everything was wonderful. No issues with anything. It was just as described. The cleaning lady let us put our luggage in the unit a half hour early even though she didn’t have to. The neighborhood was clean and safe and the Blue Wahoos took two games from the Montgomery Biscuits. It’s an 8 minute walk to the park.

We were vets from desert storms. We have not seen each other for 35 years at least. Conversation picked up like it did in Saudi and iraq. The house was perfect for old guys who wanted to hang out and hash over our military experience

Cute and Convenient

The house was decorated very nicely and had everything we needed. It was so close to all the restaurants and shops downtown. It was nice to just walk to get dinner. The home provided all the space we needed. The owner was very responsive.

Really nice property

This property is well furnished and supplied with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Easy for seniors with a downstairs bedroom. Upstairs has plenty of sleeping space in two bedrooms. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. We enjoyed staying here and will return.
