Newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath condo within walking distance of ski lift, Lake, and children’s playground. The condo is on the second floor and is accessible via stairs. All creature comforts welcome you, including an eclectic wood burning fireplace, cozy couch, with breathe taking views of the slopes, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, comfortable beds with new linens, HIGH Speed Internet, recreational room with table tennis/Foos ball, cable TV, and washer/dryer on premises. Ski lift bud drop off in front of property.

Cozy and Comfortable

Our stay was excellent we enjoued being close to the slopes and were very cozy by the fire. The owner was quick to respond and the condo was evwn decorated for Christmas.

Yes! The blankets and sofa covers are washed!

This is our second time staying at this property. Due to a last minute change in time of arrival on our end, the condo wasn't completely ready. The only thing missing was the sofa cushion covers and the beds weren't made. Why? Because they were being laundered! I reached out to the owner Mario and he quickly responded. and got the cleaners to come back and finish. This actually made me feel even BETTER about this place because don't we always wonder when the last time the blankets were washed? The kitchen is well-equipped for your cooking needs. There are plenty of condiments in the cupboards available for use. The coffee pot is a regular coffee maker so bring your own coffee (filters available though). The beds are comfy. The water in the shower is hot. There is a wood burning fireplace which warms the place nicely. Bring some wood with you. The wifi is good. The TV has the basics of Netflix, Disney, amazon prime, which is fine for us.. There is an Alexa for music. The larger bedroom is the one with the bunk bed and my kids like it because they can trade who gets the bottom and who gets the top bunk. The other room is a bit small, but it was fine for my husband and I. We are a family of four and the condo is plenty big enough for us. There is a TV in each room, but we only used the one in the living room. After skiing all day, we just want to eat, relax and go to bed to start over again the next day, and this place is perfect for that.. I definitely recommend this condo and we will be back again next year! Thanks Mario!

Awesome place!

We had a great time, the location was awesome, and everything was clean and well stocked. I wish I had noticed and prepared for lack of internet/wifi access in this unit. Cell reception was almost non existent for T-Mobile users, so we ended up having an unexpected “off-grid” experience. We had a great time nonetheless, perhaps because of the lack of internet. Will definitely return to Brian Head again!!
