The Space:

This beautiful newly renovated fourth-floor condo offers great views of both the pool and the Gulf of Mexico and is also just a few steps away from the resort's private beach access.



Bikes are available year-round and 1 Beach Chair setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are included courtesy of La Dolce Vita March 1st through October 31st! Just let the on-site staff know which condo you are staying in!



As you step into High Pointe, you'll be greeted by a freshly renovated oasis. The kitchen gleams with brand-new appliances, ready to assist in crafting delicious home-cooked meals or whipping up a quick snack for your beach adventure. Moving forward, the open dining and living room area beckons with plush furnishings, offering ample seating for all guests. Sink into the inviting sofa and armchair ensemble, perfect for unwinding after a day of sun-soaked fun by the beach and pool.



From the living room and the expansive balcony, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sparkling pool await, inviting you to soak in the beauty of each sunrise and sunset.



Retreat to the master bedroom, where a sumptuous king bed promises a restful night's sleep amidst the newly furnished surroundings. In the guest bedroom, two queen beds await, ensuring all guests are comfortably accommodated in this freshly revitalized space.



High Pointe 414 is close to multiple attractions for you and your family to enjoy. Within the resort, you’ll find tennis courts, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts, offering plenty of activity options for all ages. Nearby, 30-Angler, located less than two miles down the road, can take you to explore multiple reefs throughout the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy hiking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, historical tours, and live concerts, all just a short trip away.



Guests must be above the age of 25, or must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are not welcome to accompany their families at this home, events are not allowed and it is a strictly non smoking property. Professionally hosted by Scenic Stays!

Amazing vacation!

This condo is probably my favorite condo we have ever stayed in. Everything was clean, new and well laid out. The Gulf and pool view was beautiful. The pool was amazing. I loved that the 2 beach chairs/umbrella/bikes were included with stay. The location is perfect. You can walk to so many restaurants and shops. We plan to stay again.

Perfect location

We had the best week! Walking distance to many restaurants and all the amenities you could ever need!! After grocery shopping, we never drove our car the whole time since everything was here!

Lovely condo

The condo and property were beautiful and exactly as described. Gorgeous beach area and pool. Walkable to everything. Enjoyed many of the local restaurants and also cooked in - easy to do with the well stocked kitchen. Loved the Sunday Farmer's Market! Highly recommend! We will be back to Rosemary Beach for sure!

Great location

We loved the location, pool and beach access. Located close to everything and easy to get downtown Rosemary. A bit dated unit, could use new floors and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable.

Great Renovation and Stay

Sometimes these ads say renovated, but this unit was completely renovated like new and modern! Extremely clean and everything worked. Had no issues, great week at the beach.

Great stay on 30a!

We enjoyed our stay here at High Pointe! Condo was nice, clean and convenient for the needs of our family. We had an issue with the air but it was resolved within hours! No hairdryers in the condo which was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker-we will be back!

Beautiful unit

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, fully stocked unit. The view of the ocean is great, the view of the pool was perfect. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the whole time we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy it. The included beach set up was great to have, we were able to rent additional chairs at the beach. Construction at High Pointe was ongoing, but it did not affect our stay. We were not able to get into the unit or even High Pointe until about 4:00 so we used the public beach access the first day.

Beautiful Condo

We have been staying in this same unit for 12 years; enjoyed the beautiful renovations! Clean, comfortable and well lit. Only issue was the guest shower needed further clarity on how to use. The Master shower temp did not allow for cooler water temps. Thank you Scenic Stays- wonderful trip!!

Love High Pointe, loved the condo! Loved looking at the pool and ocean but being March didn’t try the water. High Pointe is the absolute best kept property. Crabby Steve’s never disappoints!!!! Beach bar with excellent food!!! We will be back!!! Thank you!!

Our stay was great! To use the elevator to unit helped for our age! View was wonderful, pool pristine and clean! Staff purchased new hair dryer when we said we had forgotten ours! Just need Pam spray for cooking and salt and pepper. But pretty wonderful unit itherwise

Perfect unit in High Pointe

We've stayed in many units in High Pointe through the years and they can be hit or miss. We really liked this one and would stay here again. Loved the modern/trendy decor and finishes, comfortable beds, and the included chairs and bikes. The kitchen was well appointed (but didn't come with anything - tin foil, salt/pepper, etc. - plan to purchase it all). Of course Crabby Steve's and Rhonda are part of the reason we keep coming back, along with the not-too crowded beach, the walkability to shops/restaurants and the big pool for the kids (aside from the very over zealous female security guard). We will be back!

Spring trip

Check in was easy. Great location. Surprised there was no hairdryer. Thankfully my friend brought one. TV in living room did not work properly and there were no instructions. Kitchen was fully stocked with silverware, cooking utensils and glassware. I would update the cookware a bit. Crabby Steve’s is a great spot for drinks and food.

Gorgeously comfortable spacious

Us three gals had a fabulous time. There was a generous amount of space for us and then some. The balcony was enough to easily seat 6 with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Everytjing has been beautifully updated and considerate and high end. The beds are comfy. We didnt do any cooking but the kitchen has everything you need except seasonings, oils etc. 1 thing that would have been helpful would be a bag to take items to the beach but that is minor.The manager was so responsive and helpful. Lots to walk to and bike to. Side note. You only get 2 bikes and 2 chairs/1 umbrella beach set up. Each additional bike is 43 plus 5/day and additional beach chair is 20/day. Parking is also.additional per day. This was not stated anywhere prior to booking so the extra costs should be clealry stated prior to booking since it says all feeds included. But really overall its an amazing resort and amazing condo. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location. Great facilities. The condo had old-gold bathroom fixtures, cracks in dry wall and ceiling. Loose outlets everywhere that don’t hold a plug. Master tub very old and looked stained. No written WiFi instructions or WiFi instructions in email. Had to have router hooked up. Very cheap paper products supplied.

Thank you so much for staying with us! We were happy to have our maintenance out the same day the outlets and wifi was reported. Thankfully, the wifi router just came unplugged. For our guests we have a virtual portal for all the home information as well as the option to send a copy to print.

This was the perfect spot on 30A. I highly recommend the area. The property was very well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again. If I just had to be super picky I would say that the lighting could be a bit better especially in the bathrooms. Also, the dryer did take a long time to dry things even with a very small load. This unit has a nice fridge with ice maker. It was fairly well stocked. We did need a few things other than what the kitchen had. There were no bowls with lids but we used ziplock bags instead. We really cannot complain at all, we would def come back and really appreciate the ease of coming and going. Close to everything we wanted. Beach access was a breeze and very much appreciate the complimentary bikes and beach set up.

Needs some help

High. Pointe Resort is a fantastic property but this unit needs some major help! Floors were dirty and there was so much dust build up in the master bedroom it looked like mold on the walls. The washing machine was broken, so we had to hand ring out our towels. Lastly the AC would not go below 73 degrees the entire 6 days we were there. When we contacted Scenic Stays the woman I spoke with said she would have someone come fix the washing machine and AC and we never heard back from them. Overall would not recommend this particular unit.

High Pointe is a fantastic community, but this particular condo needs some attention. Overall cleanliness was lacking. There was so much dust build up in the master bath it was all over the walls. The AC would not go below 73 degrees for the entire 5 days we were there. The washing machine was broken and would not spin/drain. When I contacted the property management company Scenic Stays they said they would get someone to fix everything and I never back from them. Overall not a great experience, I would not recommend this property to rent at this time

we had a great week in this lovely condo! it’s a great place to stay, wonderful location to observe kids at the pool, beach and crabby steve’s were amazing, too! i took off some stars for the following reasons… while directions and automated massages were direct and helpful, i was never once able to get a hold or a response of an actual person. the kitchen is not well stocked… not many dishes and zero food supplies. we flew from texas so general things like salt would be very nice to not have to buy since there’s no way we could use it all… a few more kid friendly dishes would be good!:) we left butter, aloe vera, and laundry detergent in hopes the next person would be able to enjoy… i know a clean fridge is nice, but i could would be nicer to have a few things in there for the next person if it wouldn’t spoil… we also left our sand toys, nets and boogie boards in the game closet. i am hopeful they were not thrown away and can be enjoyed by the next family. really economically wasteful to have to purchase those and toss each time we come bc we can’t fly home with them. also, the condo lacked from general repairs. popcorn ceilings were stained from leaks, the air filter on the A/C was way past the next replacement… everything felt like it have been cleaned thoroughly, but over all needed some maintenance and repairs to feel and appear more clean to the eye. like i said, this is a great location, comfy beds and really well decorated. we enjoyed our week here and thank you letting us use your space.

Beautiful Condo

We have been staying in this same unit for 12 years; enjoyed the beautiful renovations! Clean, comfortable and well lit. Only issue was the guest shower needed further clarity on how to use. The Master shower temp did not allow for cooler water temps. Thank you Scenic Stays- wonderful trip!!
