Wonderful stay. Check-in was easy. Apartment was well located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, all that was needed for cooking. Communications with the host were easy and responsive. I would highly recommend this apartment to others staying in Nice.

Comfortable apartment in a great location!

We loved our stay in this apartment. The location in Old Town is wonderful! There are bakeries and restaurants close by and the tram is within walking distance. The space is comfortable for 3 people. The kitchen was well stocked to cook a meal at home. I definitely recommend!

A week in Nice

Apartment is a well-appointed, new and modern 2BR 1BA, in a great location near Nice Garibaldi. Owner was responsive and check in was super easy. The Air conditioning was absolutely key, as European summers seems to be getting hotter!A TV in the living room (not just the bedroom as currently is) would be a nice touch, especially for kids entertainment. A sink in the toilet would also be ideal, so you don’t have wash your hands in another room. Would stay there again!

Perfect apartment to base yourself while in Nice!

Staying in the apartment for over a week, it made the perfect spot to base ourselves from while exploring the coast of Nice. The apartment was clean, large, spacious and had all the amenities needed. Beach, restaurants, public transport were all walking distance from the apartment. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a private large apartment in Nice.

Trip with granddaughter

We love Nice and our stay in this apartment made the holiday, we ate locally and walked lots. We also had a speed boat trip with snorkelling which was fantastic, we took notice of the warnings to stay inside during the hotter periods of the day but that did not spoil our holiday. Would highly recommend this Norma

Everything was just perfect for us. The apartment is in an excellent area, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is well-renovated and has high-quality appliances, bedding, and towels. The communication with the owner, Sophie, was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

My family and I recently spent the month at this beautiful apartment. It was a dream! Not only was the communication and check-in a breeze, but the location of the apartment was ideal; close enough to walk everywhere but still on a quiet, very friendly street. The neighborhood was so charming with lovely options for patisseries, restaurants, and shopping.The apartment was beautifully designed and decorated. Thoughtfully appointed with very comfortable furnishings, we felt right at home. Our host was attentive and kind. All in all, our experience was exceptional. We absolutely loved the apartment and will be returning!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property in Nice. The location couldn't be better—situated in a charming neighborhood, just a short stroll to the Promenade des Anglais and all the local attractions. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, though, was the host's exceptional communication and attentiveness to the quality of our stay. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nice!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Nice. Il est très beau, parfaitement situé et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Le parking est un véritable atout, ce qui est assez rare dans le quartier. Un grand merci tout particulier à la propriétaire, très accueillante, disponible et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Prachtig appartement in de stad Nice

Samen met ons gezin hebben we genoten van dit appartement in Nice op loopafstand van het strand en tegenover een supermarkt. Erg handig. Alle bestemmingen (o.a. vliegveld Monaco, Cannes) zijn op 30 minuten rijden te bereiken. Appartement ziet er prachtig uit en is voorzien van airco. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Zeer ruim appartement

Een zeer goed uitgerust, ruim, mooi appartement. Op wandelafstand van het “Oude Nice”. Het enige minpunt was de afstand naar de zee. Maar uiteindelijk was dit slechts 15 minuten. Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen.

Les contacts avec nos différents interlocuteurs furent aisés, l'appartement idéal pour un petite famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants, tout est à sa place comme "à la maison", petit bémol pour le WC et son odeur entêtante d'humidité, parking bien pratique et l'emplacement à quelques mètres de restaurants boulangeries, patisseries, chocolateries et commerces généraux de qualités et à quelques minutes à pieds du cours saleya et de la plage. Logement très agréable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Félicitation. Tout est parfait et rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour. L'emplacement est idéal proche de tout mais au calme. Le parking est accessible avec une class C et coffre sur le toit. Ça rentre dans l ascenseur!

A Nice holiday gem

Très bon appartement proche de tout. Boulangerie, épicerie, cafés et plus à moins d'une minute à pied. La plage prend quelques minutes de plus mais est accessible à pied. Le quartier est calme et tranquille le soir. L'appartement était propre et frais, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là et la description sur la page correspond bien à la réalité. Le propriétaire a répondu rapidement aux questions même s'il a embauché quelqu'un pour gérer la location. Même cette société a demandé si tout allait bien et était préoccupée par notre séjour. Nous reviendrons certainement si nous revenons à Nice.

Une location grandement recommandée

L'appartement est bien situé, hyper propre et très plaisant grâce à sa décoration et son équipement. L'accès au garage est un plus. Sophie, la propriétaire, a été charmante et très réactive et a fait tout son possible pour que notre séjour soit facile et des plus agréables. Location grandement recommandée !.

Magnifique appartement au coeur de Nice
