Welcome to Beach Trail Oasis – Unit B!

Beach Trail Oasis is a beachfront triplex located directly on the peaceful shores of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This listing is exclusively for Unit B, a private vacation rental with its own separate entrance. Guests can enjoy an incredible beachfront location, front-row sunset views, and the relaxed charm of Indian Rocks Beach.

Because the property includes three separate units, it can also be a wonderful option for larger families or groups traveling together who may wish to reserve multiple units while still enjoying their own private spaces.

Property Highlights:
• Pet-friendly! (Dogs are allowed with owner approval and non-refundable pet fee, one dog under 40 pounds),
• Kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, all pots & pans, dishes, and cutlery.
• All linens, towels, bedding, & pillows provided.
• Free off-street parking included.
• Professionally cleaned and sanitized
• Updated and modern, cozy and comfortable
• Huge backyard and decks that overlook the sandy white beach, all visitors can enjoy the separate seating areas

We had the best Stay at this little dog friendly beach rental. We brought our dogs and had the best time enjoying the beach. Bonnie was very kind and timely with check in / check out and gave us some nice recommendations during our 4 day stay! You truly can’t beat the location either, the outdoor spaces were spectacular. We didn’t want to leave! Also, I am a picky bed person - & the bed was comfy with a lot of pillow options. Good AC and clean.

The fact that this property is right on the beach was the nicest part!!! It was beautiful. It had everything we needed. A little cramped, but for the price we had a great experience. The air conditioner died the last night we were there so it got pretty hot overnight, but we were checking out the next morning.

My husband and I spent a week in Unit B. The proximity to the beach is excellent and the sunset views from the back patio were amazing. We encountered only a few minor issues. The unit could use some TLC. The toaster does not work, I did not see a blender which is usually a staple in beach properties, the sofa was not very comfortable (throw pillows may help) and the vertical blinds need to be replaced as alot of the blinds are missing or broken so there was not too much privacy in the back.Otherwise we had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

Had you called us during your stay or scanned the QR code, we would have been happy to replace those items right away. We also appreciate you bringing the vertical blinds to our attention. We are having the blind slats replaced immediately to improve both privacy and the overall appearance of the unit. We’ll also keep your comments about the sofa and throw pillows in mind as we continue making improvements. This was a wonderful place for us and our two boys to stay! The beach was right outside the door. Quiet beach location south of Clearwater which was very busy. The weather was the only thing that was not perfect. We will come back again!!! Great host!!! Thank you.

Location! Location! Location! Beautiful Beach and Amazing Sunsets. Perfect and convenient to walk out your back door to the beach, walk across the street for seafood or just 1 parking lot away from breakfast. You also have your own mini kitchen and outdoor grill for eating in! We truly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Beautiful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good time staying at this rental. The location weas amazing and pretty private. A couple things we did not like were the sofa, it was very uncomfortable and the kitchen was missing oven mitts and bigger pans.

Peaceful getwsy

Property was peaceful with direct view and access to the gulf. Exceptionally clean. It’s a shame houses like these are being demolished for condos. Thanks for not giving in to that. We’ll be back again!

We arrived tired and gritty after a grueling all day drive - 3 generations of bickering women from teen to grandmom. By morning we were best of friends again, and i think it was largely due to just how lovely and relaxing this place was. The beach is right outside your back door, but even for my elderly mom it was so nice to be on ground floor and enjoy a sunset with every meal from the back porch, watching the waves. Next to the lounge chairs there was a family of parrakeets to entertain us in the mornings. Bedroom is roomy, shower had great pressure and temperature. Easy parking/access - outdoor shower. Everything is there that is needed.Kitchen was well equipped (said grandma bear)Air conditioning and beach access was awesome (said mama bear)Lounge chairs for laying out and access to food: French bakery, seafood restaurant and slushy bar was all within the same block (said teen baby bear)It's good to have SOME criticism so I will dig deep and find it - if u plan to cook or use dishes, bring a dish sponge! ... and you would think with all my padding the lounge chairs wouldn't need one of those outdoor cushions but i could have used those. Yes, I settled for one of the plentiful beach towels that were provided. Great place we LOVED it!

There’s something special about those peaceful beach views, morning wildlife (those parrots are quite the characters!), and relaxing evenings on the porch that really help reset and recharge. We’re so glad each “bear” found something to love—from the well-equipped kitchen to the easy beach access and nearby spots to grab a treat. It means a lot to hear that the space worked well for everyone, including your mom’s comfort on the ground floor. We also really appreciate the helpful feedback! We’ll be sure to look into cushions for the lounge chairs to make things even more comfortable for future stays. Awesome view but disappointed with condo

The location and view from the condo was great but we were disappointed in the condition of the condo and the building. The building requires an upgrade as it appears to have not had any work done in years. The condo is similar as the mouldings, doors, blinds and electrical plates needing replacement. The interior needs to be painted as it hasn't been painted in years and the bathroom could use an update. There's pictures of the beach toy room on the site showing a neat and tidy room however the room was very messy when I opened and there was a sign there recommending for users to purchase there own items, if this be the case it should be noted on the site.
