Come and Enjoy the Beauties of Southern Utah

Newer, beautiful home just 20 miles from Zion National park. Also just 17 miles from St. George with Sand Hollow and Quail Lake Reservoirs near also .

This warm and inviting home will sleep up to 9 people. 2 car garage and parking available for trailers on the side of the house. Back yard with patio and fire pit. Close to grocery store, gas stations, coffee shops and great restaurants.

There are many events in Southern Utah that you might be coming to see or participate in such as: Seeing the National Parks, World Class Mountain biking, golfing, hiking, baseball and soccer tournaments, Parade of Homes, Iron man, St. George marathon and many others. You might just need a great place to get away and enjoy the beautiful weather and beauty of Southern Utah.

The house is comfortable and has everything you need to cook and enjoy. BBQ with propane, ready to grill. Sit and enjoy the evenings by the fire pit. Fenced back yard for privacy and security. Bring your family and come and stay!

This is a very nicely equipped home in a great location to visit Zion. Everything you need is here in a nice quiet neighborhood. Be sure to get pizza at River Rock Roasting, right in town!

Clean spacious house close to the National Parks

This was the perfect house for our National Parks vacation. Within 30 minutes of Zion and two hours of Bryce and Grand Canyon. Self Check in was easy after flying in to Vegas. Perfect spot for anyone looking to explore Utah, Nevada and Arizona. Ashleigh is a great host who responds quickly to any issue or question you may have. Also, it is close to a good coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants in La Verkin and Hurricane.

Great location for Zion National Park

Traveled to Zion National Park each day for our 3 day stay. The house was comfortable, quiet, clean, and located close to grocery store.

Convenient, affordable with all comforts of home

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was a short drive (25 min) to Zion National Park and was very comfortable and clean. There aren’t a ton of places in the immediate area to get food but check out River Rock Roasting company - the drive through coffee location was just down the street from the house so we went there each morning.

Good Base for Zion

Overall the house was nice and convenient to Zion (about 30 min drive) as well restaurants and grocery stores. The property managers were very responsive. My only small complaint is the decor is a little drab, but the backyard was nice, and house had ample space for our family of four.

Great Home & Location

Home is perfectly located just below Zion National Park. Plenty of room, Immaculate and comfortable. Everything is supplied for a wonderful stay. We made breakfast in mornings, and BBQ’d as well. Would definitely recommend And hopefully return for another visit. Thanks Ashleigh!:)

Nice place, Nice location

1. Nice house, nice location.2. Mostly clean. However, there was a mug that had been used and it was really dirty in the cabinet, and a coffee creamer was left laying on the floor under the bed. Otherwise, quite clean.3. The furniture throughout the house was comfortable. 4. The tv in the family room was great. They also had board games under the tv to play, which was nice. 5. The master bedroom had a small tv. Other rooms did not have a tv. It would've been nice to have a tv at least in the other room with a queen size bed. That room was very small though with only space for one small nightstand. It's a really tight space. 6. The bunk beds room had no night light or lamp, which we thought was strange so maybe it has gone missing. We bought a small lamp and left it there so the next guests would have a reading light. The straps on the under side of the upper bunk bed are broken and the wooden slats move so I think that's a bit of a safety issue. Weirdly, there were no sheets on the bottom bunk bed when we arrived. The bathroom shower curtain and rod were also laying on the ground. Not a big deal, but unusual. 7. The neighborhood is nice. It's really quiet although one night there was a dog that was howling all night.8. All in all, we liked the place, and would stay here again.

Very Nice Stay

This place was great for Zion National Park, on the right side of town to get there easily. We used the wal-mart in town to stock up for our trip. The house was in a good neighborhood and very clean. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great. We would definitely stay here again. Only minor minor issue was we are sports fans and could not get football on the TV.

Beautiful House

Beautiful home, suited 6 adults perfectly, everything we needed was there. Close to groceries and not too far from Zion National Park. Highly recommended. Host responded very quickly to questions.

Amazing stay!

This property was close to both Zion and other parks for hiking and enjoying the outdoors. It was well equipped, comfortable, and spacious. We loved the backyard as well-grilling and having the fire pit was really nice. View out the front was beautiful. Would highly recommend!! Hosts were friendly and responsive when I had a couple questions

Review of La Verkin Home

Ashleigh's home was exactly what my family (Partner, and 3 teenage children) and I needed for our trip to Zion. The home was modern, large (including a very nice backyard area), close enough to the park and stores/coffee to make our trip quite comfortable - home away from home. Strongly recommend.

Excellent house in Laverkin

Easy to get to in Laverkin. Very clean and in top condition. Worked perfectly with split bedrooms layout. Common area is very small children friendly.

Great location for visiting the national parks

Property was exactly as advertised, nicely located with good access to highways but on a quiet residential street. Well appointed, good communications with Ashleigh. We had no problems at all during our stay. Garage door opener for the car was a nice touch.
