Clean, bright, and newly renovated — the Cozy Beach Bungalow is a charming ground floor studio steps from historic Pass-A-Grille Beach and the bay. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or a small family.
One bedroom with a queen bed plus a double sleeper sofa. Private gated outdoor patio with charcoal grill. Fully equipped kitchen with all new kitchenware, cookware, and appliances. Step-in shower with marble glass tile and 22 inch Italian tile throughout.
Beach chairs and equipment provided. Outside shower for rinsing off after the beach. One free parking spot. Contactless self check-in. Professionally cleaned before every stay.
Pets welcome — $85 fee per pet. $300 refundable security deposit.

Tyler was great with communication. This cute little bungalow was exactly as described. We arrived a little early and met the cleaning lady who was so nice and wonderful. The best part is it was so close to the beach and a short walk to the restaurants and bars. The beach and the town were not crowded as expected. Can't wait to go again!
This was the view every night.

This was our second time staying in the Sand Pearl unit. Perfect size for my husband and I. So cozy, comfy and peaceful inside and out. Love the cottagy feel. Step outside and stroll to the beach or the bay and watch the dolphins play, grab a drink oceanside, catch one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see, and you can top the night off at one of the local restaurants just around the corner. We will return.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming one-bedroom bungalow! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants. It made everything so easy and relaxing.The bungalow itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It had a warm, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home.What made it even more special was how dog-friendly it was. My pup loved it here, especially being so close to the beach for walks and playtime

Adorable place to stay and super close to the beach. I wish parking had been just a little more convenient. There isn’t a coffee shop nearby for morning coffee but there is a maker in the room, next time we will bring our own. Comfortable and cozy. Location was excellent. Will stay again!!

Great location close to beach and shops

We chose this because it’s pet friendly and loved how close it is to both the PAG dog beach and the Fort de Soto dog beach. It was quite well equipped and the cleaning was fine. The mattress was very soft which may be uncomfortable for those with sensitive backs. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Family owned and operated, our four historic bungalows — the SeaHorse, StarFish, SandPearl, and NorthStar — sit on the southernmost tip of Saint Pete Beach, steps from one of the top-rated beaches in the United States.
Each bungalow has been fully renovated with modern amenities while keeping the charm and character that makes Pass-A-Grille special. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals available.
