Unlimited dining and shopping in all directions. The space is a classical progression design with modern comforts. House features new furnishings along with fully stocked kitchen. WiFi & Netflix is complimentary along with starter servings of instant coffee & tea. Perfect to unwind after a day of exploring all that LA has to offer. Quiet residential neighborhood - NO PARTIES! A birthday visit to our brother who has lived in LA for several years. The house was just perfect. Comfortable close clean and a nice yard for relaxing.

Very comfortable

The house is so cute and very comfortable. We loved the orange trees in the backyard. The entire process was very smooth and easy, and the owner even came by very promptly the first night to take care of something. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and Quiet

This home was so peaceful, clean, relaxing, and quiet. The neighborhood was very clean and well-maintained. Also the very convenient distance from a lot of fun stuff. Very comfortable beds, perfect amount of storage, and had everything we could ever need if we so chose to cook more. We loved our stay and made great memories.

Cute, Tidy, and Quiet

The house was clean, tidy, decorated nicely, and quiet. Everything was exactly as advertised and expected. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating, and went out of their way to be flexible when I had an issue with the dates I originally scheduled. If the property suits your needs, I'd recommend. Both the property and hosts were excellent.

Perfect Retreat

Nearby noble was the perfect spot for my family while visiting Los Angeles. The location was perfect with easy access to and from LAX. The house is located five minutes from bustling Ventura Boulevard. So many eateries & shopping we’re at our disposal. The house was a perfect fit for my husband and I and our two teenage sons. The house was equipped with everything we needed, very clean, and very comfortable. The outside space was wonderful. A lot of shaded area to read, do some work, and relax, and the small sun filled lawn Was just perfect. The neighborhood is residential, exactly what we were looking for, and very quiet. I would recommend nearby noble for anyone looking to stay in the Los Angeles area, and I would definitely book again.

Neat and clean house, good location for exploring LA...

Impressed by cleanliness, neatness, and good condition of house. Please address cleaning the eaves and chair cushions in backyard. The neighborhood is fine, great for being close to freeways and groceries. In appreciation, the owner/broker communicated immediately. If you want to do laundry, bring your own detergent. Only strong overhead lighting is available, no lamps. In 2023 a dishwasher is assumed, but this house has none, nor a preheat on oven. Also, no 'extras' like blankets, dishtowel, or enough toilet paper, thus price point is too high. If these issues are addressed, this would be a fine choice.

Very sparce. No ice or ice cube tray. No coffee at all. Only coffee maker was French press and not automatic so it didn’t stay hot. Not one drop of laundry detergent. No lamps in bedroom so can only read with overhead lights. One total kitchen towel and no kitchen cloths. Only two cloths, bath towels, small towels. Had to wash out my own towels in order to have enough. Had to empty our own waste baskets, take them out to cans. Had to put cans back into yard ourselves after pick up. . Couldn’t leave any dirty dishes in sink. We pay so much money for maid service and they made us do everything ourselves.

We would Return

Nearby Noble is located in a quiet street, and parking in the driveway (for two cars if required) and not on the street was a bonus. The house was exceptionally clean and the amenities throughout were great. The central heating was excellent, rather than the typical wall mounted forced air units that can wake you up in the night when they start up. The garden was as shown in the listing, and having breakfast outside was really relaxing, first thing in the morning among the orange and avocado trees. We have three more trips planned this year to LA and will definitely stay at Nearby Noble – subject to prior bookings. Regards – Keith & Linda Brooke. Canada.

Incredibly clean and relaxing house.

The house was perfect for our stay. The end of the day wind down outside was lovely on the swing and on the soft grass. The house was clean, functional and cute. The area is quiet and residential with access to everything you need nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
