Newbold Square unit 4- A quiet, well maintained town home close to the beach, downtown shopping and restaurants, what more could you ask for! As you enter the unit you access a flight of stairs to a spacious and open, living, kitchen and dining area. Off of the dining area is a deck with wonderful views of Silver Lake. Such a beautiful space to relax! This floor also includes a master bedroom and bathroom. From the kitchen area you access the second flight of stairs to another two bedrooms, a full bathroom and the loft. Such a roomy town home, enough space for everyone. The complex is located off of Scarborough Ave Ext. approximately 4 blocks to the beach via a footbridge which crosses over the lake to Stockley Street in South Rehoboth.

Guests have access to the community swimming pool just steps from the unit. The complex pool is open from-10AM to 7PM.

The unit is located on the second floor and includes off street parking for 1 car + overflow (first come first serve, not guaranteed).
This is a non smoking unit and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $157.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
