EWI 222 | Downtown Charlevoix | Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear the staff were helpful, the suite was clean, and you enjoyed the amazing balcony view and convenient location just steps from downtown. We also appreciate your honest comments about the suite feeling dated. Most importantly, we’re sorry to hear the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. A comfortable bed is a major part of a good stay, and we understand why that had such an impact on your overall experience. Your comments will be shared with our management team and the unit owner so the mattress and other potential updates can be reviewed. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us identify where improvements are needed.

Hello Tom, Thank you for your feedback. We also think our view of Round Lake is unbeatable. It is unfortunate you did not find the bed comfortable, our owners are responsible for the upkeep of the furniture. I will pass along your input and make sure the kitchen glasses are better matched. We inspect the units after every occupancy, sometimes we are in a hurry and the smaller details are overlooked. Feel free to look online at our other units and book a future stay with us. Rose

Thank you for your fantastic review! We're thrilled to hear that Edgewater was the perfect location for your stay during your friend’s wedding. It’s great that you enjoyed the convenience of being downtown, the beautiful balcony views, and the cleanliness and comfort of your room. We’re also glad you had a chance to relax in the pool and hot tub. We appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Charlevoix!

Your review is greatly appreciated! We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the construction and the utensils. We’re actively working on both issues to ensure a better experience in the future. We’re delighted that you found the rest of the property to be very clean and look forward to welcoming you back when everything is complete. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your suggestions and are glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful exterior of the property. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the kitchen utensils, and we'll ensure that future guests have everything they need to cook comfortably. Your comments about the need for additional updates and maintenance inside the property, including the air conditioner in the workout room and the grates in the hot tub, are valuable to us. We'll address these issues promptly to enhance the experience for all our guests. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide an even better stay in the future.

Thank you Julie for your very honest and straight forward feedback. We do have pictures of every unit on our website to ensure each guest is able to select the unit that best suits their needs. I will pass your information along to the unit owner so they can make the necessary changes. Rose

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're thrilled that you enjoyed the incredible view and the fantastic location, which truly capture the essence of Charlevoix. It’s great to hear that the condo was clean and in good repair, but we understand your concerns about it feeling a bit dated, especially the bathtub/shower. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, particularly for those with mobility issues. We appreciate your comments about the need for interior updates, especially in the hallways, pool, and workout room. Your feedback is valuable, and we will be sure to pass it along as we continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience. We're also disappointed that the restaurant has closed, as we know it was a favorite feature for many of our guests. Thank you again for your constructive comments, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, hopefully with some of the updates you mentioned in place!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re glad to hear that you found the room clean and comfortable. However, we’re truly sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay. The lack of toilet paper and Kleenex replacement is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we will be addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We also appreciate your comments about the spiders on the back deck. We understand how that would take away from the enjoyment of the outdoor space, and we’ll make sure the area is properly cleaned and treated for pests moving forward. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again for a more enjoyable experience in the future!
