Located in a quiet neighborhood 2 short blocks from beautiful downtown Brevard is BB's Camp House, an easy stroll to all the dining, shopping and events this charming mountain town has to offer.

BB's Camp House is newly renovated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Downstairs has a large open kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living room with a bay window, big screen TV and electric fireplace, a king master bedroom, a bathroom and a study. Upstairs you'll find another king bedroom, a bedroom with twins and a second bathroom.

The private outside patio is perfect for families, friends or even work retreats, with plenty of seating for dining and enjoying the beautiful weather of Western Carolina. There's a grill for outdoor cooking and a fire pit for cool mountain evenings. The front porch rocking chairs offer a great spot to sit with a cup of coffee and watch small town life go by in The Land of the Waterfalls.

Cozy house in great location!

We stayed with our young adult children for a few days over the Christmas break to check out Brevard and enjoy the mountains. The house was perfect with the main bedroom downstairs and the other rooms upstairs- the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the puzzles and games provided. The location was great to walk downtown and even the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning!

Great vacation at BB's Camp House

We have been to Brevard many times over the last 6 years to visit our daughter and grandkids, and have stayed at several VRBO properties. I have to say BB's Camp House is my all time favorite! From the house itself being so warmly decorated and welcoming, to the convenient location within walking distance to downtown Brevard, Silvermont Park, etc., this was such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I can't say enough how much we loved staying here and hope to stay again for future visits.

Clean, easy, as advertised

We were looking for an easy and convenient stay in Brevard to base as we hiked in the area and had dinners in town. This property was very much as advertised. The check in was seamless, the location was right at the edge of town and within a 5-7 minute walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The house was clean, simple and though a bit dated, it was very much what we expected from the listing. We had no issues during our 3 days and everything easy (working the TV, getting to town, items in the kitchen/bathroom. If you looking for easy and comfortable, this house worked well

WONDERFUL

The home was just perfect! Jennifer was very kind to let us in early as the home was ready for our arrival and the entry process was seamless. Loved the location, walking to downtown was great, also such an easy enjoyable ride to Biltmore, hiking, Sierra Nevada, Hendersonville etc. The home had everything we needed, was so clean and comfortable and the pictures were exactly what the home looked like. The only VERY SMALL suggestion would be to place a non-slip matt in the tubs as they can be a bit slippery. Will absolutely stay at BB's again.
