Hello Amie, We are very sorry your time was unsatisfactory. We wish for our guests to have a relaxing stay while vacationing with us at Benchmark Management and are saddened to hear you were displeased with your trip. We can confirm there was an issue with the pool heater during your stay. The pool heater was turned off for the pool to be cleaned and the 3rd party did not turn it back on. We did, however, issue you a refund for the inconvenience. During your trip, there was a major internet outage in the area which affected many of our properties. We informed you of the issue and followed up the next day where you confirmed the internet was up and working fine. Had this not been the case, we would have been glad to send someone out to assist. We never received word regarding a tv issue at the property, or that would have been addressed as well. Our maintenance team is trained very well to provide prompt assistance when needed. If anything happens during your stay, we encourage all guests to reach out. We are sorry to hear of your issues with the 3rd party vendor Vacyazen. We will pass your comments along to the proper parties for review. We hope you consider a future stay with us at Benchmark Management, we would love the chance to provide you with a 5-star vacation. The happiness of guests is our #1 priority, and more than anything we want you to enjoy your vacation. We do see you reported the A/C issue and our maintenance team was out that night to fix the problem. We were told no other issues? If at any time you find a problem with our rentals we do want the opportunity to fix them, please. We do supply propane or gas for the grills we just need to know when you need it. We can as well request the pool company to come out sooner to service a pool if the guest request. We apologize if we gave you any other idea that we would not assist you during your stay.
