No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!

First the good: the house is very clean; excellent beds; new appliances.The not so good: Lacking some supplies (no spoons, no dishwasher soap); neglected outdoor spaces (unusable yard; no patio furniture); quirky AC (basement freezing; main level barely cool). The location was very convenient for us and we really just needed a place to sleep. If you need more than that, look elsewhere. Finally, the house is located on a major street - you will have traffic noise pretty much all the time.

The home was clean and had everything I needed while I was in town. My dogs loved the big backyard. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to my doctors office for my daily appointments. Even being right off of Broadway it wasn’t hard to get in or out of which I had initially been concerned about. The check-in/out process was seamless and the owner was very communicative. I would recommend this home to other guests and would stay here again.

The house is very roomy and was perfect for what we needed. We were only there for a couple of days for a funeral, but anytime we contacted the host, they replied back quickly. It was a great experience. We would definitely rent this house again.

The host was very responsive!The house is on a very busy street.When we arrived No toilet paper anywhere in the house, nor a pack n play which host said would be there. I Contacted the host and they both were ordered and arrived by the end of the night.The beds were super comfortable. Our dog liked the fenced in area but there wasn’t any chairs to sit outside, just a dirty table. So we would take the chairs from the kitchen outside. There were only 6 kitchen chairs, yet the property is advertised for 10 (maybe some folding chairs in the garage). The kitchen pots and pans and toaster were nasty. The pans Teflon was all scratched and we didn’t feel safe cooking with them but there was 10 of us and we ate breakfast every morning. The toaster was rusted and dirty and said he’d have the cleaner clean it but that didn’t happen. There wasn’t one spatula in the house. I had reached out to the host a couple days in a row and he acknowledged my messages but nothing was done about it. We ran out of TP again, contacted host and finally some more TP and supplies (dishwasher soap, cups, glasses, kitchen utensils) were dropped off but not any new pans. In the meantime we had went to DG to get a spatula. It was interesting you’re trying to rent your house but you don’t care that your guests are using scratched up pots and pans and a nasty toaster. positive feedbacks were the beds were comfortable and host was responsive.

It was a great place to stay for the price and location. I was close to the University of Colorado, close to Littleton and close to Denver. Nice neighborhood. Great for walking around. On a busy street but still easy access to everything. Missed a few things like a washer/dryer, some kitchen stuff, and maybe a few pieces of extra furniture… but it was great for what I needed.

The house was fine. It is a convenient location with lots of sleeping space. One of the beds was not clean (dirty sheets and spiders). The listing implied access to a washer and dryer, but there is none.

Roomy and comfortable home

Clean home, plenty of space for our family, comfortable beds. We were in town to visit relatives and have fun in the mountains, this home enabled us to do both. It was a pleasure to work with the owner- he was courteous and quick to answer questions.

Great stay

This was a very clean and well maintained home. Check in was easy and Jeff was helpful and responded quickly to messages. Very good price for all that it offered us for our stay. If you plan on cooking you’ll need to bring your own spices but they do provide plenty of dishes and everything else needed to cook. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I will stay again if I need a place in CO again.

Communicative host

The cleanliness was questionable at first. But i informed the host and they were proactive in dealing with it the second day of our arrival. The property is cozy and spacious.

Very clean. Great kitchen. Good location for us.

The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house was VERY clean. There.was everything we needed for kitchen use. The bedding was clean and sufficient covers and pillows, as well as towels. We were there for a destination weddinf nearby, so likely not stay there again, but we would do ao if we had another opportunity. Thanks!!!

Water damage probably hiding mold

The house was not as advertised. The pictures are taken in such a way to angle away from problem areas. The house smells like cigarette smoke on the first level. The basement level smells like mildew. It looks like there was major flooding that was simply painted over. The shower curtain down stains still has brown water stains where the flooding was evident. I kept my whole family upstairs as I was worried about mold. The upside was it has hot water for a shower and the bed are kingsize and comfortable.

Started off rough but it worked out

We booked this place for a group of friends meeting to celebrate birthdays. When the first people arrived they found the place had not yet been cleaned. Jeff was out of town and we had a little issue with communication but we were able to get in touch with him. He snapped into action and paid some cleaners double to come over and clean the property right away while we were at dinner. So I appreciate that very much. He even gave us a partial refund to pay for dinner. The place is basic but comfortable. It is on a busy street. The one bedroom in the basement is a little musty. Overall it worked well for the four couples staying there.

Golf trip

Chose this location primarily due to the 4 king size beds. This was indeed accurate. The rooms were fine. There is noticable water damage scars throughout the home. there is a room that is on the street side( Broadway is a 4 lane street that is very busy). This room is not for light sleepers. The street is busy and loud from about 5 am til 10 pm. The other rooms were not subject to the noise of the street. The firstfloor bathroom was adequate. Tthe kitchen ad living room were very nice. The basement area was also in fine order. The yard was visually unappealing. A little TLC would remedy that in a few weeks( weed killer and water would work wonders) Now we did experience rain during our stay, and the house stood up fine, no water in the house, but the home itself showed these signs of previous damage, which was unsettling as we walked in. I would recommend that further work be done to ease the eyes in the water damage. The house served its purpose well. We had no issues with the rooms or the functionality of the house: everything worked fine. It is just a little rough on the eyes, which can easily be fixed, and for all I know, the owner could be in the process of ameliorating these issues. It is centerally locate to the airport and the courses we were playing. Close to all kinds of shoping and dining. Just needs some more lipstick

Renter Beware!

Avoid this property. It’s evident the basement has recent extensive water damage that the owner has poorly attempted to cover up. Molding has been removed and fans were in place to dry out the basement, but there is an overwhelming mold/mildew smell. The smell of mold and signs of it were so bad we did not feel safe having our young kids stay at the property. We had to make alternate arrangements. We took numerous photos of the water damage and the myriad other issues with the property. Most of the walls in the property have been hastily patched to cover up who knows what variety of issues. The main level reeks of cigarette smoke. There are exposed nails in the basement and outside the home, the outside of the property has trash piled on the side (including the missing molding from the basement) disconnected rain gutters, rotting window frames etc. Every photo of this listing has strategically been taken to avoid showing the true nature of this property. We contacted the owner shortly after check in to share our concerns and offered to send pictures. We scrambled, made other arrangements, and requested a refund. The property manager eventually responded with an apology and a promise to get back to us about a refund request. That was the last we heard from him, I have sent multiple follow-up requests for an update and have received no further correspondence. Eventually VRBO contacted the host and he refused to refund our payment. Do not rent this property!

Was for perfect the size of people we were (4). Living room only had a 3-person sofa and single seat. If my whole party went like originally then it would have been uncomfortable to all watch tv together. Was not much in house so it all worked out but kitchen utensils were missing.
