Great location!

Comfortable house that had everything we needed. We also loved the neighborhood. Beach access was a quick 5 minute walk. Awesome location & great trip.

Peaceful Paradise

Beautiful home! We loved the location- tranquil street and a short walk to the beach. The carriage house was a perfect place for the teens to hang out!

Absolutely love the location of this house and price point. Plenty of room to stretch out with Carriage house as an added bonus. Kismet Properties was also lovely to work with. Highly recommend!

Seaside perfection

This property was perfect for our family to enjoy time together at Seaside. The property mangers were on top of everything. Perfect communication and accommodations. We will be back!!

Wonderful home with perfect location. The carriage house and 4 bikes were a bonus. We took 4 teen boys- and let them have the house while my husband and I had our space in the carriage house. Access to the beach, food trucks in Seaside and great restaurants were absolutely easy. Would definitely stay again. Communication was great. Perfect trip and location.

Enjoyed our stay

lovely home, nice location. Worked perfectly for our family.The only problem was code to get into house didn’t work. Had to call property manager to reset code, Would definitely rent again.

As advertised

This house is in a great location and had everything we needed as described. Was very clean and close proximity to the beach that was within walking distance. The carriage house was perfect for some of the guests that were with us that wanted to distance themselves from our 2 dogs we were able to bring with us. We will definitely be back to this house as long as we can get the dates we need, when needed. Our new go to on 30A!

Off the beaten path yet near the beach

The house was absolutely beautiful and had both an area for adults to get away and children to be together. About a five minute walk to the beach, Short drive to most grocery stores and restaurants. Even had large beach towels for use! Strangely enough there was no dish soap or dishwasher tabs… no extra trash bags etc. That could have been the housekeeping and was easy enough to rectify. Would definitely stay here again!
