The location of this property is amazing! Love the beach views and the complimentary chairs set up daily. The home was clean and comfortable. All 13 of of us fit into this space comfortable and still had our own areas. The staff was very helpful with any maintenance concerns. Definitely would recommend booking this stay!

Destin Beach is beautiful but noisy

The white sand beach is amazing but it seemed like every 15 minutes (or less) noisy helicopters would fly overhead. The house had spectacular views of the beach but the elevator and freezer not working properly was an inconvenience

Outstanding location

My family had wonderful time there and really enjoy being near the gulf. The place was very clean and accommodated my entire family.

Location location location

Location of this property is unbeatable!!! The views are amazing:) We enjoyed the beach a lot :) We are very disappointed with property not being properly cleaned on our arrival. Nothing in description had a note that one of the rooms downstairs was walking through room, a couple or a family will not be able to sleep there because that room is the only access to the beach and small spa. The spa was dirty and had a horrible smell as well. I tried to reach out to management for 2 days leaving multiple voicemails and they got back to me only on they 3 of our stay to explain how to operate the alarm that was going off every time the back sliding door opens. Overal we enjoyed our stay mostly due to the location of the property, but I will definitely suggest the management to have a proper cleaning inside and outside the house, respond as soon as possible rather than whenever they decide to, and something has to be done with downstairs room and/or alarm.

Neptune Review

Home was adequate, beautiful view, basic furnishings. Parking was not great for a house that can hold 15 people and there are only 2 spaces. It was hard to shuffle parking around and also very hard to back out onto Scenic Gulf Drive. Elevator did not work for a few days but someone came to fix it. Outdoor furniture could have been a little more comfortable but the view was outstanding.
