Our group had a blast at this property! The views were amazing. It was very clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and preparing meals. There were even some left over camping-type chairs, pool noodles, and toys for the beach. Overall, a great stay!!

This property was absolutely amazing! Beautiful, spacious and the balconies overlooking the gulf were perfect. September was the perfect time to go, no wait time for the elevator and the beach was not crowded. Great place to stay for a big family or multiple couples!

The condo has alot of room for big family vacation

The place was clean and beach was nice not crowd also place was quite . Stores and restaurants are close by and also waterparks and other few places for families to have fun

Well 1st off the View is amazing..the place is in need of some TLC..pictures must have been when it was brand new..Needs a deep cleaning..from the window sills to the furniture..garage disposal smelled so bad..we had to clean 3 times..smells musty inside the place..I would replace ALL the pillows and maybe get new comforters..the building itself is very old and also smells musty..you can hear people staying around you..moving around..

Loved the large kitchen and the living area with plenty of seating. But best of all was the wall to wall windows with the spectacular ocean view.

Avoid the crowded beaches

Loved the 1 floor layout of this penthouse. The Master was huge! The other bedrooms had plenty of space as well. A quiet unit, didn’t hear anything! Updated nicely to be an older unit. Loved the close proximity to the beach and how it was never crowded. Also loved the views and all the windows.

Perfect!!

The view is amazing! Close to everything, very clean, and plenty of room for everyone to be together or have quiet time alone. The balconies are the perfect place to enjoy quiet conversation or be one with the dolphins in the ocean! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with my family!

Perfect Penthouse

Clean, bright and beautiful inside and out. A few wonky things, like a broken towel bar and jiggly toilet paper holders but these are very nit-picky things didn’t change anything but that we only noticed.

Relaxing Vacation

Great location close to everything, very nice accommodations. Looks just like pictures show. Child-proof locks on doors. Very comfortable beds in all rooms!! Fantastic stretch of clean sand and ocean!

Great stay

While the weather in Destin didn’t fully cooperate, we had a great stay at Modern Serenity. The place was very nice sized, great for 2 families. The beach was private. Beach Chair rental is a bit pricey

Destin Getaway

We had a great time at this property. The penthouse was the perfect size for us. We had 3 couples, the bedrooms were nice and the beds were so comfortable. I usually have issues sleeping away from home because of my bad back but I didn't here. Our friends said their bed in their rooms were way comfortable as well. The two decks to sit out and relax on were perfect. The view of the ocean from them was so nice to have. You can listen to the ocean all night which was so peaceful. Our other favorite part was the private beach access and the area designated for guests that stay there. It wasn't busy and was great for relaxing. The condo was clean which is a must for us. The heated pool was clean and not too busy.. We would definitely come stay here again.

Thank you for the wonderful stay earlier this month. The size and location was perfect and overall everything was great. We really enjoyed the spacious balconies, views and open living area. The down side for us was accommodations in the condo were extremely basic... We all travel often and are used to places having certain items standard such as at least one blow dryer available, at least one box of tissues/Kleenex, enough coffee for the first morning and basic spices in the kitchen like salt/pepper.

Three Family Vacation

Excellent property, great vacation. Great Views and easy access to the beach. Great central location close to plenty of things to do. We had 3 family's of 4 people each for a full week and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen is top shelf, well equipped, and the grilling area was very nice as well. Simple, easy, and active during the day, quiet at night. This place was more than we could have asked for. Would highly recommend. And, special thanks to Shannon and Jilenna at Forever Vacation Rentals, they were very helpful, communicated everything very well, and made the whole process very easy, they were great to deal with.

Great stay!

We had 11 people staying in this location, 8 adults and 3 children. The layout was set up perfectly for us to all have our own space, bathrooms, etc. The balconies were very spacious and you simply cannot beat that view! It was fairly clean aside from sandy floors, which I realize is a never ending battle. I would have liked to have seen at least some basic spices stocked. No salt & pepper even?! The dryer went out during our stay but the maintenance man was there promptly to evaluate and had it fixed in a timely manner. Great communication from him. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and we are already looking at dates to come back!

Perfect beach vacay

Destin’s crystal clear emerald water is amazing especially being viewed from the 16th floor penthouse, Modern Serenity in Destin Towers. Couldn’t have gotten much better than this rental. Updated decor, clean & spacious unit with VERY comfortable beds, lots of seating, highly functional, large, well stocked kitchen, impressive master bedroom & bath that just cannot be compared to others, and, oh, did I already mention the amazing views of the gulf from the fabulous balconies?!!! Older, somewhat smallish building with a gated under cover parking spot. Nice clean, heated pool & hot tub area, friendly beach rental guys, kayak rentals & a Tiki Hut bar & grill just a short walk down the beach. We had one small glitch where we set off the alarm after a thunderstorm & maintenance was right on it minutes after we called. All in all, a truly wonderful vacation to remember.

Destin at the top

We enjoyed our stay in Destin. The unit has a general "well used" feel about it and needs some TLC both in maintenance issues and upgrades to furniture / fixtures. Propery Manager was very responsive to most of the requests; some, like the mattress with a huge hole in it had to be referred to the owner. Check out was a bit rude, cleaning crew showed up 45 minutes early, walking in without knocking; then maintenance was at door changing the lock key code right at 10 a.m. without even checking to see if we were still in the room. Location on the beach is excellent; needs some shade at the pool; pool service at beach is excellent even if a bit expensive. One parking spot for a 4 bedroom unit sleeping 12 is seemingly a bit weak but we made it work. Elevators are prompt but not well cleaned.

Awesome condo

This is a great condo and can fit and feed lots of people. The kitchen is extremely stocked with everything you need which is quite unusual. In the past, I have had to buy kitchen supplies, cups, flatware, etc. but not this place. There is enough kitchen utensils, plates, etc. to feed an army. The living area is big enough and the bedrooms are away from each other which gives you privacy and quietness when you need it. One bedroom sleeps up to 8 people! More condos should have a bunk room like this place. A great room for all the kids. The other three bedrooms have king size beds with big screen TVs, however, the TVs were rarely used. The master room is huge with a private balcony. This unit is one of two on the 16th floor, so there is even more privacy. If you choose Destin, you cannot go wrong with this condo. I will definitely try to rent it again.
