A spacious 2 BR 1500 sf Condo fits a Family of 4 or 2 Couples comfortably in a verdant treetop setting. Centrally located next to Coligny Bch/Downtown HHI, we're a 10 min walk (path) to Forest. Our community has a pool with a view, fountain-fed lagoon and tennis courts. We provide 4 Rackets as well as other beachgoing gear (4 chairs, etc.) There is a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer as well as central air/cooling and Smart TV.

With plenty of family activities such as biking, golf, boating and the beach - we love the island - our home away from home.

We had to check out any place listed as Treetops at Ocean Breeze. The structure of this place brought us back to my husband's early career building for Disney and the location was close to our favorite beach - South Forest Beach. We loved the nearby shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza and there is no better area to be in to capture the imagination of this southern shore.

There is a Tree-Lined Path that takes you to an exclusive beach. There are pools and tennis courts if you prefer to stay on property. There is a lush garden view unobstructed by neighbors outside your window and we provide you with amenities that you'd otherwise have to rent such as Bicycles, Tennis Rackets, and Beach Chairs
