We enjoyed our stay in Poipu. Jean was very responsive to questions and provided a lot of information on Kauai to help plan activities if you needed some ideas. Location was great, within an easy drive to beaches and restaurants.

Great location on Kauai! Well stocked kitchen. Air conditioning was a plus! Appreciated beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. Poipu Crater is a lovely community! Excellent communication with the host.

Great place to stay in Kauai!

My partner and I had a lovely time staying here. The location was great and we loved how quiet the neighborhood is. The house is really nice too. Highly recommended!

Everything we hoped for

This place was great for us! Plenty of room, great kitchen and eating area, and plenty to do with the pool, tennis, and ping pong, as well as walking to Poipu Beach for every sunset. Would definitely stay again!

Poipu Crater bliss

Quiet hideaway in a growing resort area. Although older, the unit is well maintained, is superbly equipped with amenities for a comfortable life over the 7 weeks we spent there.

Relaxed location with great pool an tennis court

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was attentive to all of our questions. Great location and the swimming pool and tennis court were within a one minute walk from the condo.

It is a nice place. It is a old property but the owner try to make the place nice .we find all we need .

Chris, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Most of our renters do not. Doing so was much appreciated. Terminex actually sprayed inside a few days before you arrived. ,I think many of them have become immune to the kind of chemical that is now allowed. What they could use a few years ago was much more effective but was more toxic to humans and taken off the market.

Friends Getaway

Very comfortable condo, everything included that we needed. The beaches were a little farther than we anticipated. Pool and other tennis courts were right there and very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Kawaii Getaway

Wonderful home and close to Poipu beach. Clean house with a beautiful kitchen. The Master King bed is extremely comfortable. Excellent communication with owners via email.

This property was wonderful!

This property had everything you needed. The location was wonderful…. The unique experience of staying here in a volcanic crater was so amazing. Jean was wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property. Hoping to get back in the future!

Great location and well kept property, perfect for the family.

We stayed here for 10 days. it was a great location and clean. It's very useable for a family with kids and we were able to use the kitchen to help save on food costs while in Hawaii. It's close to one of the best family beaches on the island. The owners communicated well and made sure we were taken care of. 5 stars!

Always nice to stay at the Poipu Crater

We have stayed multiple times in this resort and we enjoy it. We particularly appreciated that this condo was not in direct sunlight. This kept the daytime temperatures very reasonable. Jean's communication ahead of time was excellent and the listing and the photos gave us accurate information as to what to expect.

My husband and I have been coming to Kauai every year since 1971 when my parents retired in Koloa. When visiting the island one year we saw an open house at Poipu Crater and fell in love with the location, spacious floor plan and the tropical landscaping . We purchased #27 soon after that but used a rental manager until 2022. When he could no longer manage the several condos he represented, we decided we could give it a try. Even though we live in Oceanside, California, we were fortunate to have a wonderful, efficient housekeeper who keeps our condo in terrific condition.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

There are many vacation rentals near Poipu Beach but our complex, Poipu Crater is unique with only 30 units spread out over several acres of tropical landscaping. Although there is not an ocean view the most popular south shore beaches are just a short 10 minute walk away. With only 2 units to a building, there are no one above or below you and only one shared wall. Both bathrooms and kitchen have been completely remodeled and new living room furniture will be added in June, 2023/

Our condo is on the shady side of the complex. There is usually a nice breeze. If it is very warm, there are ceiling fans, floor fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Parking is just a 1 minute walk away
