Olivers Oasis

Come and enjoy all that Pensacola Florida has to offer in this New Orleans style house. This house is brand new (built 2021) and all the furniture and contents are new too.
Each bedroom as their own full bathroom. The kitchen is a good size and equipped for all your cooking needs.
Fenced in back yard with seating and grill.
We have exterior cameras on the front of house and back yard entrance.
Joe Patties seafood is a minute walk away and a 5 minute drive to downtown where there’s restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is only 15 minute drive away.

Great stay. As advertised. Clean, spacious house. Everything you need for the beach including chairs, towels and umbrella. Well appointed kitchen.

Perfect location for baseball spring break!

We had three sets of college baseball parents stay at Oliver's Oasis for spring break. It was a perfect location for us to walk to the games, the beach, and the downtown area. We loved that each room has its own bathroom. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels for our beach days. Main Street is a very busy road and, as mentioned in other reviews, can be loud with traffic. The owner kindly provides sound machines to help drown out the noise at night. The only complaint is that the pans for cooking were not great. Everything stuck to them, and then there wasn't anything to scrub the pans with. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Weekend visiting family

Wife and I visiting our daughter and husband. We brought our miniature dachshund. Father in law and wife's sister also joined us at the last minute. Very, very clean. Beds are as comfortable as we have ever stayed in a rental, very good. Sheets, towells, and pillows were great. Would definitely stay again, location to downtown cannot be beat. Oar House waterfront restaurant 1mile away. Downtown less than 1mile away. Only item takes getting used to is you are on a main road, but it didn't bother us. Communication was great. Very comfortable place, felt like home.

Lovely Oasis

This place was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect for our needs. It is pet friendly! The home is brand new, well maintained and perfectly decorated. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well equipped. Toiletries were provided, along with sunscreen and beach towels. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There were ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. There were even sound machines in the bedrooms! Our host was easy to access, friendly, and helpful! We cooked several meals and found plenty of pots & pans, dishes, silverware, and glasses. Loved the automatic ice and water on the refrigerator. The Keurig is a plus, and coffee and creamer were provided. I can't say enough about this perfect accommodation! We look forward to staying here again in the future! Thank you!

Best beach trip!

This property was close to everything we needed. It was clean and neat and the host had anything we would have needed for the stay - things we didn’t even think about like beach stuff. The host definitely put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Long weekend in Pensacola

We loved the location, which gave us easy access to the beach, great restaurants, Blue Angels and take in a baseball game. The property is lovely, clean, bright and functional. Stephanie, thank you for being so responsive, gracious and generous with your property.

Well-appointed, great host, awesome home!

This was a perfect VRBO experience for us. The house was really well-appointed, from the linens to the w/d to the toiletries. The space was ample for 3 couples to comfortable sleep and get ready for a wedding. The location was super convenient to downtown, PB and Gulf Breeze. I would highly recommend the Oliver Oasis to any/all vacationers!

Amazing Host and Location

Stephanie was absolutely amazing as a host. Her responsiveness and willingness to be flexible allowed our stay to be all about relaxation. The location is amazing as it was about 15 mins to Pensacola Beach, but had more than enough things to do in the downtown area just 3 mins from the house. You can also walk, and that will take you about 10-15 mins depending on pace. There is a park nearby for families with children and it even features an outside gym area for the fitness lovers. All in all this was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Our girls were saddened to leave. The property was clean and stocked with everything needed. This made our trip easy with our twin toddler girls. We highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again in the near future. My 8 year old gives this property a 10 out of 10 and so do I!

The property was great, the location not so great. Front view was a steel mill and traffic on that road could be heard at all hours in the front/master bedroom.

Clean VRBO and great communication with Stephanie

There were 6 of us adults (3 couples) travelling to Pensacola for a wedding. This property worked out very well as it was located just a few minutes from the wedding venue, downtown Pensacola, and about 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach. The VRBO was very clean and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Stephanie was always quick to reply to questions/messages I had. Would stay here again.

The house was perfect for access to the Mahogany Mill Boat Ramp. It was extremely clean and well stocked. Thanks for the use of the beach towels. Stephanie has everything covered in a lovely fashion.

Awesome Hosts and Perfect House

We stayed at Stephanie’s beautiful home due to a family member needing surgery at Sacred Heart and all of us living in Freeport and DeFuniak. Stephanie’s house was exactly as it was depicted! Beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortably inviting. And Stephanie is just the kindest host you’ll ever meet! Do yourself a favor and book this home! You won’t regret it!
