Perfect location in Sacramento midtown area. Easily walkable to restaurants, coffee & shopping. Check out Jungle Bird tikki bar, Weatherstone coffee & Pintworks craft beers. Friendly people everywhere. The neighborhood is mature, well-maintained Victorian homes with shade trees & beautiful landscaping. Jenna is a perfect host who communicates check-in/out directions very well & always responds promptly.

I’ve been staying here twice a year for a few years now on my trips between San Diego and Oregon. I absolutely love it- Jenna is so accommodating if I have a special request. The cottage is very centrally located so I walk everywhere the entire time I’m there. Can’t wait to come back in the fall. Thank you!

This midtown cottage was a perfect place for us to stay. Our son got married at the Sterling wedding venue, walkable but also a short uber if one is wearing fancy shoes. We went to La Costa coffee, Old Soul Coffee, Sweet Basil Thai, and Hot Chicken on foot. The cottage was sparkling clean. Jenna and John live on the property and are very available. They helped save baby skunks I saw in the back yard!
